Maya's POV

"My baby girls!" Topanga exclaimed as she walked over to us and wrapped us in her warm hug.

Everyone was already here. Topanga. My Mom. Rachel. Amy. Joanna aka Jo (Eric's wife). And now me, Riley, and Morgan. Noticeably absent were Topanga's mom and Angela. While it was probably good for the sake of my mom's relationship with Shawn, I couldn't understand for the life of me how Topanga's mom could miss her daughter's wedding day. Granted it was their second wedding, but it was important to Topanga.

She guided us quickly to the dressing room along with everyone else.

"Okay. Moment of truth. This is it. I can't wait to see all of the people I love most in these beautiful dresses." she shouted nervously as she paced back and forth outside the dressing rooms.

Almost in sync, we all begin to open our dressing room doors.

Amy's Dress

Everyone was silent. Then, I notice that Topanga's eyes started to water as she sits down on the chair beside her.

"Uh-oh," I whisper to Riley.

She hurries to her mother and puts an arm around her as the salty tears start to stream down her face. "It's okay Mom...the wedding is still gonna be perfect."

Topanga puts a hand up as we all stood still and quiet. "No its not that. Th-they are perfect," she began to smile through her tears.

Morgan began to laugh, "Thank god! Remember those hideous dresses you picked out for your first wedding before I had to knock some sense into you. They were the ugliest dresses ever. I wouldn't have even used that dress--"

I saw Rachel's eyes widen as she quickly ran over to Morgan and covered her mouth before she said anymore. I admired that about Morgan. She had that same spunk that I had. She wasn't afraid to speak her mind.

After that moment of relief where we all knew that Topanga would no longer be freaking out about the bridesmaid dresses, we all went back in the dressing rooms to change.

I twirled in my dress a little as I smiled. It fit me perfectly.

OMG. When did I become such a girl?! haha.

Feelings of excitement started to creep up on me. Feelings that could almost resemble hope. Maybe the wedding wouldn't be so bad. I was gonna look all pretty and dolled-up and could dance the night away with all of my closest friends and family. I would only have to walk down the aisle with Josh and take a few pictures with him. And the rest of the night, I would be free to do whatever I wanted. Besides, this night wasn't about me and Josh. It was about Cory and Topanga.

After we all got redressed into our normal clothes, we headed to an Irish pub in Times Square called Rosie O'Grady's to celebrate the success of the day and to talk about last minute preparations for the wedding. Might I add that the chicken pot pie at this place was amazing.

"Okay so, later today at about 6, we are gonna meet at my place for a little bachelorette party. Then, tomorrow will be a bit of a recovery--rest and relaxation type day. We have to be at the Spa for our massages around 2pm tomorrow. Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, I'm gonna need help confirming with the hall, the florist, the salon, and setting up for the rehearsal dinner. Thursday, I need you guys to be at the church on time, and by on time, I mean at least a half hour early. Friday, is gonna be all hands on deck with last minute prep work. and Saturday is the day. Be at the salon for your designated hair and makeup appointment times."

Wow. Topanga really had this whole wedding thing down. She really had everything scheduled out precisely, but that didn't really surprise me. Topanga was always super organized. She wasn't skipping one step for this wedding. Especially the bachelorette party. She was so young when she actually got married that she couldn't really afford all the extra stuff to make the wedding perfect and was too young to go out to bars and stuff for the bachelorette party.

And just like that we all finished our meals and drinks and headed our separate ways.

When Riley and I got home. I ran to the shower before she could remember to bring up our conversation from earlier about Josh.
