"No, no, Y/n," Leo laughed. "You go left there, right here, then up."

You giggled when his breath tickled your ear.
"Ok, ok. Lemme focus."

At the moment, Leo was helping you play the Space Heroes pinball machine. He stood behind you and to the side, advising and directing when you messed up. You both were a laughing mess.

"Hey Leo!" April called as she entered the Lair, carrying her school books. Leo send a wave from over his shoulder, his eyes trained on the ball.

"Hey April!" You called back, narrowing your e/c eyes as you tried to direct the ball behind the protective glass.

"Almost... Almost.." Leo muttered, watching you as you concentrated on the game. He didn't even notice April standing next to him, watching as he watched you, smiling wide.

"I did it! Leo, I did it!!" You cheered, jumping up and spinning around to hug him. But you underestimated your proximity, and bonked heads.

"Ouch!" You both yelped, your hand flying to your head.

"Oh gosh, I'm so sorry Leo, are you ok?" You bit your lip with worry as you examined the small bruise forming on his head.

"Yeah, I'm fine, how about you?" He answered as he returned the favor, his free hand cupping the side of your face as he squinted at your bump.

April smiled as she watched you both unnoticed.

"I-I'm fine.. I-I'll just.. ah.. get some ice and.. stuff." You announced quietly, smiling shyly before leaving, a light blush burning your cheeks.

"I ship it. So hard." April stated, making Leo jump.

"A-April! H-how long we-were you..?"

"Dude, I saw the whole thing. How long are you gonna wait til you ask her out?!" April exclaimed, leaning on the pinball machine.

"A-ask.. ask Y-Y/n?! No way! Sh-she would never-" Leo blushed bright, making large gestures with his hands and vigorously shaking his head.

"Why not? You'll never know until you try. You might be surprised." April nudged his shoulder, but he shook his head.

"I don't know what I'd say! She's.. she's different. That may sound weird from a mutant turtle who's only met one other girl, but I can tell." Leo chuckled slightly, his eyes trailing down to the floor as he thought about you. Hr glanced back up to see April with a confident smirk.

"She'd never.. I-I mean.. look at me!" He gestured to himself. April rolled her eyes.

"You're using your outward appearance as an excuse. Y/n doesn't care what you look like! She sees the guy underneath! The dorky fan boy, the loyal brother, awesome friend. She sees the hero in you." April smiled, patting Leo's shoulder before leaving to the Lab just as you came back.

"I've got some stuff for your bruise, and ice if you need it." You smiled, holding out the gel for bruises. Leo smiled and leaned forward.

"Could you do it? Please?" He pleaded with his big blue puppy eyes. You sighed, obeying.

"You're such a dork." You giggled as you finished. "Now you do me."

Leo smiled as he took the gel and gently applied it to the bump on your head. His free hand was, once again, cupping the side of your face as he focused on his task. You smiled as you watched him, and he smiled back when he was finished.

"There. Good as new."

You chuckled and walked with him to the couch.
"My hero." You sighed sleepily as Leo turned on the TV.

Soon you fell asleep on Leo, his arm wrapped protectively around you as you snuggled into his side. Leo stroked your hair as he gazed down at you.

"Good night, Beautiful Princess."

You couldn't help but blush.

This seems terrible, but that could just be me. I hope to publish a satisfactory chapter for both you and me sometime soon.
