-Where are you going?- Raph wondered as he watched you sneak out of the Lair. This was the third time he caught you sneaking out, and this time he decided to follow you. Waiting in the shadows until you left seemed a bit weird for Raph, but he was only doing it for your safety.

He followed you out of the sewers and to topside, where he took to the rooftops, his electric green eyes staying glued to you as you walked swiftly through the streets. He watched as you stopped at a studio building of some sort, frowning in confusion as you walked in. Raph peeked into the open skylight to watch you, hearing your laugh bounce around the room as you shook the hand of an older woman before turning and leaving the room. Raph decided to look around from above before figuring a way to follow you again.
He saw Hawaiian decorations and a background, poles with strange cloth on the ends, and a very realistic, very large model of a volcano. The room was dimly lit, most of the light came from tiki torches and volcano, the mouth of it glowing red.

"You ready, Y/n?" Raph hears a woman ask you from a dark corner.

"Heck yes! I'm so excited!" Raph smiled at your pep. He could practically hear the smile in your voice.

Then the lights went off. Raph started to panic until he saw two familiar glowing lights in the corner. Two tan, well built men with dark hair walked forward with lit torches, stopping in the middle of the room and facing each other. They wore some kind of shorts, that looked like they were made from animal hide. They leaned forward and tilted their torches, and suddenly, another torch was lit on both ends. You held it in your hands, the fire illuminating your face, which was absolutely beautiful to Raphael, with your red and orange eyeshadow, and just a small bit of lip gloss. Drums began to beat, a fast pace to build tension and expectation, then slowed down to a soft beat to give a sense of calm and mystery. You opened your eyes and smiled as the fast paced drum returned, and you began to dance. Other fire dancers joined the floor, but you were the center of attention with your black apple bottom leggings, red tube top with black stripes, and red and orange ribbons weaved into your hair. You jumped up, performing a split in mid air and twirling your lit pole. The fire danced around the walls, flickered as you threw your pole up in the air and spun it as you caught it. You danced around, jumped and spun, then finished with one last spin before your flames went out, along with all the others, and the fake volcano burst with confetti and fake flames of tissue paper.

"Thank you for joining us at Sparks Studio, please come again!" You smiled as you and the other fire dancers bowed and the curtain fell.

"Wow.. that was amazing!" Raph grinned, stepping away from the skylight. "She's a fire dancer!"

Just as he was marveling at your show, you walked out with a grey sweatshirt on, the ribbons out of your hair, and a clean face. Raph smiled as he saw you, and decided he had to congratulate you.

As you waked past a dark alley, a strong hand grabbed your arm and pulled you in. You opened your mouth to scream, but another hand clamped over your mouth to stop you. You kicked and thrashed until they spoke.

"Calm down Peanut, it's just me." Raph whispered, letting your arm go and taking his hand off your mouth.

"Raph! What the heck!? I almost had a heart attack!" You exclaimed, slapping his arm. He blushed, rubbing the back of his neck.

"Sorry.. could we talk up there?" He whispered, pointing up. You sighed and nodded, holding on to his shell as he climbed up to the rooftop.

"So what did you-" you started as you jumped off Raphs back, only to be cut off and picked up by the waist and spun around.

"You were amazing! I had no idea fire dancing could be so beautiful!! And you, you looked awesome! You should wear that outfit more often, it really suits you." Raph praised you, complimented you, and cheered you all at once, setting you down afterwards. You blushed as red as his mask, your eyes wide as you realized.

"You saw me?" You exclaimed, covering your face with your hands. Raph noticed your embarrassment and took your hands in his.

"Yes, and like I said, you're amazing, and beautiful. How long have you been fire dancing?" He smiled as he spoke, and you felt a surge of warmth travel through your cold body.

"About.. five years." You murmured, still blushing as you looked to the ground. Raph lifted your chin to make you look at him, his eyes filled with fondness and love, which caused you to smile shyly.

"Amazing," he murmured. "You have no idea how much I love you." He sighed, his smile sad but loving. Your eyes widened at that, and so did his when he realized he said that out loud.

"Oh.. oh.. dammit, where is my damn filter!?" He shouted, faceplaming as a bright blush came to view on his face. After the shock wore off, you chuckled softly, grabbing his hand.

"About time, hothead." You smiled. Once Raphael realized you were serious, he smiled back, unbelievably relieved.
