Two months later...

Audrey'a POV

I lost my job a week ago and even though I get money to take care of them, I still don't have the money to support Annie and Hayley, so I have to give them up. Their social worker will be here later today, so I'm going to tell Annie and Hayley now.

"Annie and Hayley! Come here!" I called up the stairs.

"Coming!" they yelled.

Once they were almost down the stairs, I told them the news.

"I'm sorry, girls, but you have to go to another family. I lost my job last week and I don't have the money to support you anymore. I'm sorry," I explained.

They looked shocked and sad.

"You have to go pack now," I told them.

Annie's POV

I can't believe that we have to go! Hay Hay and I walked upstairs and packed our things in our suitcases. We walked back downstairs and the social worker took us to another black car. We rode for about three hours to a big blue house. We rang the doorbell and a lady opened the door.

"Hello! I'm Gail, and I'm your foster mom!" She said happily.

"Hi," we mumbled.

We stepped inside and she showed us to a HUGE pastel green bedroom with three bunk beds.

"I had four foster kids, and you, girls, are five and six!" Gail said.

"So great, more kids to deal with," I thought.

We unpacked our stuff and put it in a dresser.

"I hope the other kids are nice," Hayley said.

"They probably won't be," I said.

I called downstairs, "Hey, Ms. Gail, where are the others?"

"They're at school. They'll be home in about twenty minutes," She said.

I took a top bunk and H Money took a bottom bunk. We played on our phones, then I heard a bus outside the window. I got off the bed and looked.

"There they are," I told Hayley.

The other four came upstairs.

"Who are you?" A little girl with red hair asked.

"I'm Annie, and this is my sister Hayley. We just got here an hour ago," I said.

"Oh," She responded.

We talked for a little bit, and I found out that the eldest, a thirteen year old blonde, was Avery, and she loves to play soccer. She was on a really good league team before she became a foster kid. Sophia, or Soph for short, is eleven and has brown hair and she loves to read. Finally, there's Annalise and Lily, seven year old twins, and they love to do jump roping tricks.

We went outside to jump rope with the twins for a little bit, then we all played soccer. Everyone was pretty nice, except for Avery.
