Trienta-Uno (part one)

Hayley's POV

It's a month later, and I've easily befriended the girls since I'm the happy go-lucky person that friend-zones everyone. Annie is good friends with them too, but I think she kind of feels left out, maybe because of the age difference.

I woke up on a beautiful Saturday morning, ready to attack anything that comes my way. I had a good feeling today, so I put on one of my favorite outfits, which is a white tank top with a denim jacket and a pair of pink jeans with my white converse. I put my hair in a waterfall braid and put a few flower clips in the braid. Then I brushed my teeth and washed my face, then did my streaks and put my ootd (outfit of the day) on Instagram. I walked downstairs to the smell of chocolate chip waffles. I was last to the kitchen, apparently. I took a seat at the table with the other girls and ate my plate of breakfast. It was so delectable! I washed my dishes and put them in the dishwasher. I followed the foster kids upstairs and we went to their room.

"What do you guys wanna do?" Ginger asked us.

"I don't know. Maybe hide-n-seek?" Madison suggested.

"Or freeze tag? Or mafia?" Charlie said.

"How about Would You Rather Do It?" Annie said, coming into the room.

"Sure," We all agreed.

We went outside and sat on the patio.

"I'll go first. Skai, would you rather. . . eat a worm or eat a roly poly?" Madison said.

"Uh, maybe the roly poly,"'Skai said hesitantly, standing up. She went over to the dirt and found one, then held her nose and swallowed it.

"Eww! That was nasty!" She said and we laughed, "Now Annie, would you rather jump in the lake with a full face of makeup, or take a bath in orange juice?"

"Jump in the lake with a full face of makeup." She said, going inside to put on her swimsuit.

She came back out with a towel and wearing a one piece. She placed the towel on the dock and jumped in the lake.

"It's freezing!" She screamed. She ran back towards the house, her eyeliner and mascara running down her cheeks. We all laughed as she dried herself off.

"Hayley, would you rather go to the front of the house wearing mom's highest heels and scream the spongebob theme song, or do the same thing with the Dora theme song?" She said.

"Umm, the Dora one,"'I said.

I walked inside and went to mom and dad's room, then went in moms closet. I found a pair of three inch heels and put them on. I stuffed tissues in the back so I don't slip out, then carefully walked down the stairs, gripping the railing for my life, and met the others by the front door. I went to the sidewalk and stood up, took a breath, and sang.

"Dora!
Boots!
Come on Dora!

"Do-do-do-do-do-dora!
Do-do-do-do-do-dora!
Do-do-do-do-do-dora!
Do-do-do-do-do-dora!

"Dora dora dora the explorer!
Boots, that super cool exploradora!

"Need your help!

"Grab your backpacks!
Lets go!
Jump in!
Vámonos!

"You can lead the way!

"Hey! hey!

"Do-do-dora!
Do-do-do-dora!
Do-do-dora!
Do-do-do-dora!

"Swiper no swiping!
Swiper no swiping! (oh man)

"Dora the explorer!"

I was out of breath from screaming at the top of my lungs, then the old lady next door opened her upstairs window and shouted at me.

"Shut up stupid whippersnapper! I'm tryin' ta sleep!" She yelled, then shut the window.

We all laughed so hard!

I put my sneakers back on and we went inside and ate lunch. After that, mom needed to go to Wegmans, so we all got in the car and went to the store. Inside, we followed mom around until Annie asked mom a question.

"Hey mom? Can we go get smoothies from the cafe?" Annie asked.

"Sure, just stay together." Mom handed Annie thirty dollars.

We went to the cafe and hung out there, drinking our smoothies, when an old lady came up to us.

"Hey young ladies? Can you help me put my bags in the car?" She asked.

"Sure!" We all said, going against our better judgement.

We went into the parking lot and the lady got in her car and we put the bags in the trunk.

"Thank you so much! You are so sweet," She said.

"You're welcome!" We all said as we started walking back towards the entrance.

Her car was in the back of the parking lot, and we were about halfway back to the store, when we all blacked out.
