Boston (Book 2 Rob and Caroline)

Wednesday

I woke up realizing that I have to fly out today. I rolled over and kissed Rob, "good morning" Rob said, God that morning voice. I leaned in and kissed him again and again.

"I want this every day" Rob said, holding me against him.

"Someday" I said kissing his neck.

"Someone's feeling touchy this morning" Rob said with a laugh. Rolling onto his back, pulling me on top of him.

"I'm just feeling like I want to kiss you, and I'm working on not suppressing urges" I said leaning in and kissing him again.

"I feel so bad I'm leaving you all alone for Thanksgiving" I said looking into his eyes letting my finger trace his collar bone.

"No, I'm going to be here. I'll have team dinner, and you should be with your family" Rob said holding my hands. "You go enjoy that time."

"I wish you could come with me" I said leaning in and kissing him again. I looked over at the clock. "I better get up and get ready. Before I miss my flight."

I walked into the bathroom washing my face and brushing my teeth, I walked back out to our bedroom. Looking around at my bags laying on the bed, "thank you for packing my stuff up for me" I said leaning in and kissing Rob. 

"You are so welcome" he said holding me against him

"You sure it's okay if I leave?" I asked, "you're going to make sure you take your pain meds on the right schedule?"

"Yes, I'm going to be fine" Rob said leaning in and kissing me. 

"I just really wish you could come with me" I said, "you know the holidays with my family are filled with chaos but it's like the really fun kind of chaos."

"I wish I could be there too babe" Rob said, "but this is my job, and I don't get to make my own schedule like you do."

"I know" I said leaning in and kissing him again. "I love you."

"I love you too" Rob said.
