"babe, come on, Julien is sleeping, we were out really late last night" Rob said kissing my neck.

"Rob, I have to get moving, I want to work out, and then I'm headed into the studio" I said, "I think we can hold ourselves accountable for a week"

"I'll go make breakfast" Rob said getting up.

"Would it be bad if I just did some stretching this morning" I said not even wanting to get up.

I walked into the kitchen, watching Rob fix coffee. "Come on let's just go sit on the balcony and have our coffee" he said holding the two cups.

I snuggled up on the outdoor couch next to him. "This is so nice" he said holding me close.

"Best way to start a day" I said agreeing.

"Well, I could think of one way better, but any time with you is pretty good"

"Rob, really?! You needed to push" I said

"Well, I wasn't sure if we were going back to our sex everyday challenge" Rob looked at me almost asking.

"Rob, I just can't do it, with work, and my family, and all the stress I'm under right now. And next week we're going to Boston so that you can have another arm surgery to clean out the infection. And this week we have Julien here."

"So, what you're telling me is it's going on the back burner again."

"Yes it is, but we can re-evaluate after your arm has healed" I said

"Okay" he said, I can tell he's trying to figure out how to process this.

"I've got to get into the office" I said getting up.

"I'll talk to you while you shower" Rob said following behind me.

"Rob, I know you're mad that I said we needed to take a break" I said, "but our lives are just too busy at the given moment."

"Babe, I just want to make sure we take time for eachother."

I got out of the shower having finished, "and I promise you we still will. I just don't want to feel obligated every night" I said wrapping my arms around his neck. "I'm ready to be able to relax a little bit more."

"I swear this is your favorite move" Rob said with a smirk.

"What?" I asked innocently.

"Getting out of the shower and walking up to me naked" Rob said "I'm not complaining."

"You know this might be a good time to kiss me" I said smirking. Leaning in and laying one on him.

I rested my head on his chest while he held me close.
