Dating. Wasn't really your thing. You usually got asked out and a couple days before this date you would come up with a excuse. You felt bad for cancelling but your nerves were getting bad.

But this time you weren't backing out. You waited years for him to talk to you and here you were standing in your room waiting for him to come. This date was a surprise that he wouldn't mention. He always seemed so up beat about everything. You heartbeat sped up as you heard your mom answer the door.

"Opal, Ashton is here!" You took one more glance in the mirror before grabbing your phone off your bed.

"Have fun you too." Your mom called to you guys as you walked towards his car.

You blushed feeling embarrassed at your Mom's actions. You kept your head down not really wanting to look at him. Worried you will make a fool of yourself. You slowly eased into the passenger side as he held the door open.

"Don't be nervous." He muttered removing one of his hands from the steering wheel as he held your hand in his.

He gently squeezed it, in attempt to calm you. But being well you. It soon made you more nervous. Your mind started to rush with ideas to get out of this. But as he pulled up to an old looking building you knew there was no backing out. You watched as he quickly parked the car and shut it off.

"Everything will be fine."

You took his stretched out hand as he stood by your open door. "If you ever want to leave just let me know. I wouldn't be upset with you." You nod to his offer.

Knowing yourself you would be taking it real soon. He kept your hand tightly in his as you both approached the building. You didn't know what was going on. You saw tables with chairs facing a small stage.

"What is this?" You whisper.

"Comedy club." He says with a broad smile as he pulls out your chair for you.

"So funny." You say in between laughter as you both head back to the car.

He had his arm across your shoulders as he laughed along with you. "I never laughed that hard in my whole entire life."

You nod agreeing with his statement. You never thought having a date - well going on one would be so much fun. He stands beside you as you both try controlling your laughter.

You notice him becoming closer to you. Kissing, now that was something you could mess up. You drop your head to look at the ground. You hear him chuckle. He places his fingers under your chin bringing your face to look at him.

"Stop being so nervous." You nod as he moves in closer. His hot breath fanning your face.

He holds your head in place, knowing you will move away. You swallow the lump in your throat as his lips brush yours. "Just relax." He whispers before pressing his lips to yours.

This kiss was gentle. You moved your hands till they were placed behind his neck. His lips felt so soft against yours. You tried seeping the kiss not wanting to stop kissing him just yet.

"Eager much?" He chuckles after pulling away from you. "Second date and we will further it." He said winking at you as he headed towards the driver side.

"You want a second date?" You question shocked.

"Obviously." He smirks before opening his door and getting in.
