Twitter and Tumblr was something you never wanted to endure in, you knew well enough that hate would be littered across it as nothing pissed the fans off more than their favorite members being "tied down" by some girl they swore was only after their money. it never revolved around anything else than that, and you weren't hating towards them or anything but you were saving yourself pain and possibly arguments with Luke by staying off such things.

But here you scrolling through twitter looking at the recent photos of Luke that have been posted. you will admit that you that you went to his twitter and went through his tweets, some made you laugh as some made you wonder what the hell was wrong with him. enjoying your time on this social media you started to think you were over reacting before. you scrolled to the newest tweets where one caught your full attention, it read:

Luke seen with new girl, is he cheating on Katie?

you looked to the photo attached and there he was walking around with his arm around her shoulders. you wouldn't have thought anything of it, until you scrolled up and there was a photo of him hugging her.

you had a feeling something was up. you quickly locked your phone, now wishing Luke would have listened to your protests about downloading that horrific app. if you wouldn't have downloaded it then you wouldn't have seen Luke with that other girl.

you rubbed your face with your hands as you tried thinking of a reasonable answer of why he was with another girl and being all over to friendly with her. she wasn't one of his friends, well not one that you have met. you have never seen that girl in your life, but here she was swooping in to possibly ruin your relationship. you just had a feeling no matter what you would do or say at this moment he would run to her and leave you with nothing but a little memory of a once so happy relationship.

"Katie?" you were snapped out of your thoughts as Luke spoke your name.

"yeah sorry, how was your day?"

"good real good." his smile grew as he was probably thinking of his day with her. you sighed.

"babe you okay?" Luke seemed really concerned but you weren't buying it.

you walked away from him and headed to the bedroom. you laid back on the bed thinking of a way to bring this up to Luke. would he just straight up and admit he cheated or would he be like most guys and deny everything when you have solid proof.

no matter what was going to happen you don't know how you are going to react to whatever comes out of his mouth.

you woke alone as you know he probably slept on the couch. he knows how to distance himself away from you when you are angry or upset but you wish sometimes he would be like most men and yell at you for walking away or not saying whats bothering you. Luke was more understanding, well you hoped he was or maybe he just slept on the couch because he knows he done something wrong.

oh god did he sleep with her?

you couldn't live with yourself if there was an answer to that question. walking out of the bedroom you saw Luke pacing around the room as he held his phone to his ear.

"no i didn't."

"Claire i couldn't, i think she already knows. i cant bring it up now."

"i know, okay i'll let you know what she says. alright bye."

your heart rate sped up, her name was Claire and he called her when he was home with you. he has some serious nerve. you were so filled with anger that you walked straight up to him and pushed at his chest.

"hey!"

"Katie what was that for? what is wrong with you?"

"wrong with me? you're the one cheating!" you notice his yes grow wide as he looked at you.

"cheating, i'm not cheating." he looked to you as if you were insane.

"bullshit hemmings, i heard you on the phone with her!"

"Claire?" he questioned.

"yeah her."

his laughed echoed around the room. it startled you as you were not sure as to why he was laughing you just called him out on cheating and talking to the girl on the phone. why the hell is he laughing?

"i'm not cheating on you with anyone."

"than who is Claire and why were you all over to friendly with her?" you crossed your arms across your chest as you awaited his answer, he better have a pretty damn good one.

"she helped me buy something important and i wanted to repay her with dinner. nothing to fancy or anything, i was just being friendly."

"what did she help you buy that some important?" you were curious what this thing was.

you watched as he looked away from you, he must be lying. he is covering up his tracks with some stupid excuse and you were surely falling for it. but not anymore. "you are lying to me, she didn't help you buy anything. i can't believe you are cheating on me Luke. we been together so long and this is how you want to end it?"

"Katie i'm not cheating! dammit i just told you this, why would i lied about something like this?"his voice was getting much louder as he stepped closer to you.

"than what did she help you buy, huh?"

"i can't tell you, well not now anyways."

"why not?"

"because we are fighting, and it's something that needs to be planned out before i tell you or show you what it is." he has to be kidding right now.

"its either show me right now or i am walking out and you can keep your Claire."

"FINE!" he walked away from you as he moved a few things around before grabbing a box. your heart stopped beating for a second as he stepped towards you.

"she helped me buy you an engagement ring. i needed a woman's opinion so i called one of my mum's old friends to help me. and she swore up and down you would love it." he opened up the box and there laid the most breath taking ring you have ever seen.

you looked to him then back to the box as you started to feel like such an idiot.

"Luke, i am so sorry. i should have asked you about her. i am so sorry, you should return the ring. i'm not worthy of it."

you felt his hand grab your wrist as you turned to walk away. you were embarrassed that you blew up over something so stupid.

"Katie, you are the one that is worthy of it. the only one, i want to marry you and no one else. yes you speak without thinking sometimes but no matter what happens its not going to stop me from loving you nothing is. so Katie will you possibly marry me?" he was now placed on one knee as he held your hand in his.

"yes Luke, i will marry you."
