"Fuck off Irwin!"
You were beyond aggravated. Telling him no was like talking to a brick wall. He never listened to you no matter what you tell him. He continues to follow you as you weave through the crowd. Fuck everything. You hated yourself for coming to this party. You hated your friends for begging you to come and you just hated the sight of Ashton Irwin.
Prick. Seemed to be the only name you can truly place with him. You had a feeling that your friends were up to something when you arrived to the party. They have been swearing to you that Ashton has a thing for you. Ah no. That was just degrading to you for them to even say such a thing.
You take a breather as you realised that he ha stopped following you. Glancing around your surroundings you notice a pass-out teens and empty bottle and cups scattered across the ground. The scenery was so peaceful, even with the blaring music coming from inside. Take notice in a empty chair you decided to head over there. Wanting as much distance as possible.
You closed your eyes for a minute enjoying some peace and distance from the one and only guy that drives you insane.
"Taylor!"
Shit. You open your eyes to see Ashton proceeding towards you. Doesn't he ever give up.
"Don't you understand what fuck off means?"
"Don't you understand their are assholes at this party. You shouldn't be sitting alone." He seemed concerned. Why should he be?
"You're one of those assholes." You muttered just loud enough for him to hear.
He didn't say anything as he just walked off leaving you alone. "Fine. When you get raped don't say I didn't warn you!" He yelled back.
"Wait!"
His little warning frightened you a bit. You've heard stories about parties and things happening to innocent girls. Well you weren't that innocent - well that was your own little secret. He grabbed your wrist as he pulled you through the growing crowd. You looked around for any sight of your friends but nothing. In your last moment to look you noticed one friend dancing the night away. You couldn't help but giggle a little.
"You will be safe up here." He mutters opening a door and leading you inside.
You still didn't understand why he was being so nice to you. Even after he poured his drink on you - that he swore was a accident - he seemed to be more polite. You watch as he starts rummaging around in the search for something. He soon hands you a pair of sweatpants and a band tee.
"Here. Put these on."
"I'm not wearing some random guys clothes." You mutter as you cringe your nose in disgust. Who knows what the guy has.
"They're mine." You watch as Ashton rolls his eyes before tossing the clothes on his in made bed. "Fuck it then."
He seemed enraged at something or someone. You watched as he started mumbling things to himself as he tossed clothes around. His actions didn't make any sense as he kept messing up his room more if he was trying to clean it.
"Why do you have to be such a bitch!?"
What? Is that what he has been mumbling to himself. The little battle going on in his head was to either call me a bitch or not. Nor yet ask the dawning question. Such a prick.
"Well many things could answer your question. But one answer sticks out the most. I have to deal with your stupid ass."
It felt good. No it felt damn good to get that out. He stops his rummaging or cleaning whatever he believed he was doing and looked towards me.
"My stupid ass? I wasn't the one that bumped into someone then told then to fuck off as if it was their fault. Another thing is my stupid ass tried to help you out, not wanting you to get messed up with the bad crowd. But nope ain't good enough for miss innocent is it?" His eyes never left yours through his little rant. "Never is..."
You were stunned. He was right. Like always he was right. With every argument you endured with him, in the long run he was right. Karma is kicking your ass now.
"Why are you so damn concerned with me and my choices?"
A sly smirk soon found it's way onto his face. He stepped closer to you causing an instant reaction to step back.
He stopped. Not coming any closer towards you. You awaited him to say something. But nothing is stated."Why do care what i do?" He questions taking one step towards you.
"I don't."
"Bullshit! Calum comes to me telling me everything you best friend tells him."
Dammit. Can't she learn to keep her mouth shut. She swore she would never mention your dream or thoughts about Ashton that you expresses to her but seems that failed. He can't turn this back to you. You already expressed your feelings towards him; well not the ones that are bottled up and stashed under the hatred.
"Ah, seems I have gotten to you."
"He is lying to you to build up your ego." You huff. It was enough of these games getting played towards you.
"Oh really well I think this paper from your notebook says a little different."He continued to smirk at you as he held the folded paper in his hands.
"Give me that!" You yelled trying your best to get it from him.
He started to laugh at your attempts. You hated him more with his taunting. You reached up trying to grab it as Ashton tried to more back. Which ended up with you falling on top of him. You both busted out in laughter not believing any of this. Placing you knees on each side if his waist you swiftly grabbed the paper out if his hands.
"You can keep it. I already memorised it."
You rolled your eyes at him. Not wanting to be here or having him know anything about anything. You looked down at him as he was leaning back on his elbows. His eyes soon made contact with yours. This was weird. You wanted to kiss him in that moment. A feeling that was traumatising to you.
His lips. They made contact with yours. They were so soft and so gentle as he continued to kiss you. You kissed back following your heart in a matter of seconds. It was sweet and passionate, nothing rushed and nothingness of emotion.
"Hey Luke said you headed up here I wanted to know - "
You pulled away from Ashton. You turned to face the door. It had to be her. Your best friend just smiled at you before closing the door back with out a word. You laid your head on Ashton's chest as you couldn't help but laugh.
"That was...unexpected." You mutter as you listen to his heart beat.
"Not really, with how much we fight; the guys grew a bet wondering how long it would take tell we ended up how we are now." He softly says as his hand plays in your hair.
You heard them discussing it but you thought it was a joke. But seeing where you are now it doesn't seem that way. "Did you out money on it at all?" You were curious if he had hope in something would happen.
"Yeah, today was the day. Lucky enough it all worked out." His fingers continued to play in your hair has he spoke. "I've been dreaming of this day for a year now."
