It's Nova's birthday and I was invited to her surprise party as well but wasn't able to go for it at such a short notice, and more so because it was a BYOB kinda party.
Our prelims time table has been pushed back and these are the revised dates:
1 April- Financial Accounts
2 April- Cost Accounts
3 April- Management Accounts and Audit
4 April- Business Economics
5 April- Marketing and Human Resource Management
9 April- Export Marketing
11 April- Market Research
I had my farewell today. It was very okayish.
I met up with Kristen before the farewell and we spoke for a while until we were allowed to go inside our main hall. I already knew that this farewell was organised by juniors who take part in intercollegiate events and that they're mostly going to do things only for the seniors who take part in said intercollegiate fests.
Having said that, they did have relevant segments like an extremely hilarious KBC, a dance performance, a singing performance, letters to the entire batch. That was nice. But it would have been better if they hadn't called us, considering they showed pictures and journeys of only a selected number of people. Only one out of all professors took my name, and that too the unexpected Ms. Martha.
I decided to be positive tho. I didn't mind all of it as much as I usually would. I was around my friends and that's what mattered. Speaking of them, we took LOADS of pictures at all the places where we had memories. It felt really really nice.
We easily spent 3 hours taking all the pictures and having fun, afterwhich we left for home.
Definitely could've been a better day but nevermind.
