IZ*ONE's comebacks highlight medley is out! And it's too good!! I'm going to write my first impressions of all the songs on their comeback album, HEART*IZ.

Track 1, Sunflower - Hitomi and Nako's sweet voices in this first song was just pleasant to the ears. I'm really happy that they seem to have got some lines with substance this time around.

Track 2, Violeta (Title song) - Boiiiiii IZ*ONE's comeback song is totally a dance based one! First you have that build up with Yuri's voice and then the drop just like you had in La Vie En Rose. And it works! It works so well. What's interesting is that just like their debut title track, this one is also neither a sweet nor a girl crush song. I applaud their management for this. Now I just really hope the choreography does the song justice.

Track 3, Highlight - Woah! I was definitely not expecting this trap/rnb kinda track on an IZ*ONE album! Yena's sultry rapping tho! And Yuri's voice works so well with the beats! I'm totally looking forward to this song. Probably the most. Or maybe after Violeta.

Track 4, Really Like You - Yujin and Chaewon's voice sound so good! The track itself sounds really beautiful. Hitomi and Minju have participated in the lyrics so I'm definitely going to look for the lyrics once the album drops.

Track 5, Airplane - This also sounds like a rap based song and it's interesting? I personally am not that big of a fan of Hyewon's rapping so I guess I'll have to listen to the whole song to know whether I like it or not. Or it just may grow on me.

Track 6, Above The Sky - There's a lot going on in this song but it all somehow mashes well together. I think the part they played was one of the ending ones so I'm guessing I'll like this song much better when I hear the first chorus or even the verses.

Track 7 and 8 - It's the Korean version of their Japanese songs Neko Niratai and Gokigen Sayonara. Honestly, I would've been perfectly fine if these two tracks weren't there because, to me, it still doesn't matter if a song is in Korean or Japanese since I don't understand either. It's still the music that interests me. But I guess their strategy was to make Koreans interested in a Japanese style music as well?

Their tracklist sounds good. It's as good as their first tracklist. I know that I'm going to the continue re-listening to this highlight medley until the actual songs are released.
