It's been almost a week since I spoke to my Stats professor regarding my final stats paper. He told me that he would have to check who all were absent on the day and then give a date for all of us.

Then where's the date? I have no idea why they're being so inefficient. What is wrong with them?!

I'm starting to lose my will to study since the past couple of days. I feel bad because I had a plan in place but I am just not able to follow it. And distractions are a major part of it.

I think I'm starting a partial KPop detox from today for a while. Which isn't much but a try nonetheless. I have decided not to watch videos of groups other than the two whom I stan (BTS and IZ*ONE).

Yes, I mostly watch content about these two groups but there are still quite a lot of groups, whose videos I have been watching off-late. For example Mamamoo, TXT, Super Junior, Seventeen, Everglow, Blackpink, ATEEZ, etc. It's proving to be hella difficult tho.

IZ*ONE's latest track list came out todaaaaaay! I think I heard what I'm sure is Wonyoung's voice saying something I couldn't comprehend. The sudden voice did surprise me even though I knew it was coming.

The mini album has eight tracks:
1. 해바라기
2. 비올레타 (Violeta) (title)
3. Highlight
4. Really Like You
5. Airplane
6. 하늘 위로
7. 고양이가 되고 싶어 (I Want To Be A Cat Korean ver)
8. 기분 좋은 안녕 (Gogiken Sayonara Korean ver)

I think the tracklist would be more impactful if they released the highlight video along with it. But anyways, here's the new information we've gotten from this tracklist.

First of all, these are quite a lot of songs for a 'mini album'. But I think it's because we've already heard the 7th and 8th tracks. Even then, 6 original tracks is quite a lot of content for us, especially since we got 4 in the debut album.

We know what the title song is! So the successor to La Vie En Rose is Violeta! I like the name! I don't know if it will live up to their debut song but the concept trailer was bomb so I have high hopes.

Kim Minju and Honda Hitomi are credited as lyricist for the song Really Like You!! I did not expect their management to give the members a chance to participate in the making of their music, especially since this is a project group! I'm really happy for them.

Minju and Lee Chaeyeon have apparently 'adapted' the Japanese songs so I guess it means that they have translated the songs? Regardless, I'm happy.

The track Airplane is produced by Lee Daewhi, a former member of Wannaone (IZ*ONE's predecessors). He had previously produced a song for PD48 as well so if we're going by this past record, I think the song is going to be a cute one.
