Amelia
I woke up the next morning with a pounding headache, basically feeling as if I was dead. This was by far, the worst hangover I ever had. I don't remember much for the previous night, other than taking shot after shot, after shot. Wow, too many shots.
I spent the whole day, along with Emily and Alison, with alcohol poisoning. We tried to force ourselves to drink as much water as we possibly could to stay hydrated, but they turned into failed attempts when we would take turns throwing up in the toilet. We waited it out together while we barely ate during the day.
Alison left around seven to get all of us some soup from Panera. She was the only one who could actually stay away from the bathroom long enough to go anywhere. The low grumble of my stomach was telling me I was desperately hungry, but my brain was telling me that if I ate anything it would come right back up. I was going to take that chance though. Soup was our best option and I truly was hungry.
Once Alison got back with the Panera, we all began to dig in. Emily was first to the bathroom after basically drinking her soup in three seconds. I, on the other hand, took small sips of mine while I tried to limit the amount of bread I shoved into my mouth. Surprisingly, I didn't get sick the rest of the night.
Emily went back to her dorm while Alison and I watched Family Guy and texted back and forth with the boys for the rest of the night. They had a party as well last night, although I highly doubt they were as hungover as we were. They threw it in honor of their tour coming to an end.
The boys had gotten notice from their manager that the would be flying out to Florida Friday of next week and they would be staying there for four to five days to film their new music video for an unnamed song that we weren't allowed to know yet.
I was super excited for the boys and excited for myself as well, I hadn't been to Miami Florida before and I was excited to take a road trip down there.
After a painfully long week of catching up on sleep and still feeling a hint of nausea, Friday was finally a day away. Alison and I had spent a lot of our time at the beach tanning and preparing ourselves, physically and mentally, to see the boys again. We wanted to blow their minds.
Although our efforts at the gym hadn't quite had time to cause any physical change, we still felt a lot better about our bodies and not to mention it made me feel better mentally to actually get some physical exercise. Especially after feeling like shit these past few weeks.
I slowed my roll texting Nick. I felt like if I gave him some space, it would only enhance our reunion tomorrow. I was pretty sure after that flying all day that they would be tired when they got to Miami. I've also heard Zion on the other end of Alison's phone numerous time in the past few days go on and on about how he is going to 'turn up in Miami' when they arrive. It was also going to be a Friday night.
The next morning, we each got out of bed and waited for Emily to come over. Alison and I had already packed our mini suitcases and were ready to go. Our hotel was already booked as well. We all pitched in for a two bedroom which made it cheaper for all of us. Our commute was going to be around nine hours, which I dreaded horribly.
Once Emily arrived, we packed everything into my car and headed on our way. It was going to be an incredibly long day, but the thought of seeing Nick tonight made it feel worth it.
Short chapter, but are you excited for Miami? I am!!!
Some shit is going to go down, you aren't ready...
