Nick

Once we got off of our plane at the Miami International Airport, we all were exhausted. You could see it in the bags under our eyes.

"Wake up, dudes!" Zion yelled frantically in my ear making me jump.

"Zion, chill. I can not do that right now," I pleaded.

"Shut up, Nick. We are in Miami, Florida. It is time to get lit," he said as he patted my back and gave me a wide smile.

I knew he was right. I was just too tired to act on it.

We set our things up at the hotel and all relaxed for a few. Austin roomed with Ansley since she decided to tag a long, Edwin with Brandon and I had the luxury of rooming with Zion. Rooming with Zion wasn't all that bad though, Zion is a lot of fun. He is just super loud... all of the time.

Our Flight was long and tiring, but I knew that the girls wouldn't be here for another two hours, so I was going to take a nap. I grabbed the bag of chips out of my carry-on bag and started to dig in.

After I was finished, I threw away the bag and snuggled under the covers while telling Zion to turn the T.V. down. Shockingly, he did it the first time I asked, and I slowly dozed off to sleep.

I woke up about an hour later to Zion yelling at the T.V. in a bright ass yellow shirt.

"Dude, can you not go a day without hopping on that game?" I chuckled while rubbing my eyes.

Zion rolled his eyes at me while continuing to harshly use his remote control. I swear that kid brings his Xbox everywhere. I actually had no idea that he had even brought it with him this time.

"Have you heard from the girls?" I asked tossing the covers to the side and checking my phone for the time.

"Yeah, they are like forty-five minutes away. They should be here soon," he replied.

"Should we get them flowers or something?" I asked nervously while scratching my head and picking up a controller.

"What the fuck?" Zion laughed.

"What? We need to do something nice for them, I mean they are driving all the way down here to visit with us," I explained.

"Yeah, you are right. You know that I am not a flower kind of guy and there is the fact that we aren't even dating yet. I mean you aren't dating Mela either, so," Zion trailed off.

I nodded my head at him. I understood, obviously, that we weren't dating yet, but maybe I wanted to change that? The fact that I had such strong feelings for her was evident, but it was harshly competing with the reality that we lived so far from one another. I had been in a long-distance relationship before, but it didn't end that well. Because of that girl, I am now scared for life in the 'long-distance relationship' department. I trust Amelia, yes, but I wouldn't want to take out what my ex did to me on her. That would be horrible, and she definitely doesn't deserve that.

"We can at least buy their drinks tonight," I said as I rummaged through my suitcase to find a shirt for tonight.

"You're right. I'm ready to get fucked up tonight, I heard they have some pretty cool bars here," Zion replied as 'Victory Royale' flashed across the screen.

He put his controller down and flopped back onto the bed with his phone in his hand. I grabbed my phone off of the bed and headed to the bathroom to shower and freshen up.

By the time I got finished, Zion was already changed, and the rest of the boys were piled up on the bed with their phones in their faces.

"Are you guys ready?" I asked adding a few squirts of cologne across my body to complete my look. They all looked up from their phones and nodded.

Amelia

By the time that we had arrived in Miami, I had taken a four-hour nap and managed to single handily eat all of the road trip snacks that we had packed.

It was getting close to nine, so we checked into our hotel and texted the boys while we were getting changed and ready to go out.

"I need the mirror really quick Em," I said sliding in front of Alison who was sprawled out on the floor touching up her hair.

I stepped into the bathroom as Emily backed up and let me step closer. I re-did my makeup and brushed through my hair. To my surprise, even after sleeping on it all day, it still was pretty straight.

When we all miraculously finished with our appearances, Alison had curly hair and a skintight red dress on. Emily and I were matching in the sense that we both had on high-wasted shorts and crop-tops, but she threw her hair up into a ponytail while mine was still straight.

"So, the boys are going to meet us at the club," Emily said looking up from her phone to make sure she didn't run into anything while we walked down the hotel hall.

"What club? I think we should get an Uber," I said looking over at Alison who also had her face in her phone.

I was the only one that hadn't been texting Nick as much as they had been texting back and forth with Zion and Edwin.

"Shots," Alison replied and linked arms with me, "Ill call the Uber, it's my turn anyway." Alison pulled up her app and put in our destination, which spit back out that an Uber driver would be here in less than four minutes and that the club was six miles away.

As we waited on the Uber, I pulled out my phone, which I hadn't looked at since we arrived in Miami, and opened the messages between Nick and myself. The last thing he had sent me was about an hour ago and it said, 'I can't wait to see you.' Butterflies churned in my stomach as we all climbed into the Uber and began our journey to the club. I was nervous enough as it was, but the butterflies in my stomach added to the nauseous feeling that was seeing Nick again.

We pulled up to the club and I was surprised that it was only a little past ten o'clock, but the club was extremely busy. I had never been to Miami, Florida before, so I was guessing this was a fairly popular club. The boys picked it, so it shouldn't disappoint.

As we waited in line, I nudged Alison and asked if the boys were here yet. She shook her head at me, and my head hung in disappointment.

We entered the club and walked straight to the bar. I was beyond ready to get a few drinks in me before the boys came. I texted Nick that we were here and to let me know when they got here and then took a shot on count with Emily and Alison.

Three rounds of shots and fifteen minutes later my phone started to buzz. As I was moving to the beat, I pulled it out of my back pocket and read Nick's name on a notification. I read that he had just left his hotel and would be here in about ten minutes. I drunkenly rolled my eyes while I sipped on my vodka red bull and flipped to my snapchat app. I asked a stranger if they would take a picture of me and my two hot friends and she graciously agreed. We posed for the camera as the flash went off in slow motion.

I thanked the gracious stranger with a side hug and took my phone back to look at the picture. The picture looked pretty good through my blurred vison and clouded mind, so I posted it. I saved the picture and sent it to them as well as posting it on my Instagram with the caption 'You can't drink with us.' We all laughed at the caption as likes started to fill up my notifications.

By the time I had ordered my second drink, Alison and I were dancing with each other on the dance floor to a song by Drake. One second my mind was fuzzy while I was mindlessly sipping my drink and by the next second it had cleared in an instant when I felt a pair of hands wrap around my waist.

Sorry for the late update! School is kicking my ass.

Lol
