POV Shawn

Indy has been out all day. She didn't want to tell me where she was going, I just know she was going to prepare a surprise for me. I'm very curious what it is because she has given me absolutely no clue.

That's why I went on an adventure with the children. We went shopping for Halloween, one of my favorite parties. I love to be crazy and especially to scare others. The adrenaline that I get from that is great and overwhelming. Unfortunately I'm not at home this year.

It is the first time that I'm not at home during Halloween. Normally I go to a party with my hometown friends and we dress up like any teenager would do. Last year I only put rabbit ears on my head, but the year before I was dressed as a doctor and the year before that I wore a cheerleader suit. I also don't know very well what inspired me back then. I still regret it...

Now I'm waiting in our hotel room until I get to hear something from Indy, but in the meantime I can enjoy the outfits I bought for our children. If I still have to wait, I better do something nice.

They both look so cute in their outfits. I could literally eat them. Dan

Laughing, I put my phone away and stroked Skylar's cheeks. The owl suit from Hedwig looks so cute on her. I can't believe Indy can get mad about this. It's just impossible.

Nathan is also sitting next to me in bed and is searching on our iPad for videos of Harry Potter. He really took that from me, 'cause Indy doesn't like Harry Potter at all. I tried to persuade her several times to see Harry Potter with me and I succeeded, but after half an hour she was either asleep or we were having sex. Not that I mind.

I think the door of my hotel opened less than ten minutes after our conversation. Indy approached the three of us and grabbed Nathan. She's wearing a short skirt, a long Harry Potter jacket with the Gryffindor logo, a skarf and high socks. What the fuck?

"Look mooi mommy." Nathan says half in English and half in Dutch about his own outfit. She nods and seems to genuinely like it.

"I've admit that you did a pretty good job this time," she admits blakly before she presses her lips on mine, "Especially the little bird over here."

She lifts Skylar and starts talking to her and giving her kisses. "It's not just a bird, his name's Hedwig. Harry's owl." I correct her with open mouth. She looks so sexy.

"Still a bird." She says while laughing.

Why does she looks like Hermione from Harry Potter? It's so sexy.
