Going through the Quantum Tunnel was much like the first time, except I wasn't as nauseous. I could see the others moving beside us until our course broke and they all went off to different tunnels. After passing through the light field, we returned to normal size. My feet got a good stance so I didn't fall over this time. I looked at the others, and our suits materialized into our wristbands.

"All right, we all have our assignments. Two stones uptown, one stone, down. Stay low. Keep an eye on the clock." Steve reminded us.

We were startled by a sudden crash close by. Our heads turned and a few yards away, the Hulk was crushing a Chitauri with a car. He dropped it on him, then jumped on top of the car and stomped on it furiously.

One of the Chitauri that was headed towards him, lowered his gun and began to run away. Which drew the Hulk running after him.

"Feel free to smash a few things along the way." Steve said looking back at Bruce.

"I think it's gratuitous, but whatever." Bruce rolls his eyes, ripping off his shirt and walking out into the street.

Bruce lets out a series of small growls. He moves over to a car, and punches it, making a small dent. He picks up a motorcycle, and throws it low at the building next to it, slightly wincing at the loud crash.

"Let's move." Steve suggested, leading the four of us off in the other direction towards Stark Tower.

At least I didn't have to worry about running into myself. I couldn't be sure of the exact date, but I'm almost certain I was on ice at the moment. For at least a decade or so until Bucky and I were brought out to kill Fury.

We did our best to make our way down the streets without being seen, but there were not only the other Avengers to look out for, but the Chituari as well. Once we made it to the building, Steve and I went off without Tony and Scott.

They flew to the top floor, and I teleported us to one of the lower floors. We just had to find the right elevator.

"Got to hustle, Cap. Things look like they're just about wrapped up here." Tony radioed.

"We're approaching the elevator now." I answered back.

"You're ready?" Steve asked me.

"Yea, It's been a while, but I'm sure I can." I nodded.

"Uh, Mr. Rogers. I almost forgot that that suit did nothing for your ass." Tony scoffed.

"No one asked you to look, Tony." Steve rolled his eyes.

"It's ridiculous..." Tony whispered.

"I think you look great, Cap. As far as I'm concerned, that's America's ass." Scott said enthusiastically.

"All right, guys." Tony says after a minute. "I got our scepter in the elevator just passing the 80th floor."

"On it, head to the lobby." Steve says.

"Alright, see you there." Tony says before going silent.

Steve presses the elevator button, and I begin to feel all the minds getting closer. I have myself locked inside their heads just as the door opens. My eyes fall on agent Sitwell, and Rumlow, making my breath hitch.

Their eyes went to Steve, completely ignoring me. It worked! Thanks to their incredibly weak minds, ha.

"Captain. I thought you were coordinating search and rescue?" Sitwell asks him.

Steve walks in, pressing the button for a few floors down, and I carefully move myself to the side of the wall, careful not to let my armour clank on the wall or touch any of the other agents.
