If he really is the faceless man/scarecrow and he did get into Lilly's apartment to deliver that voice message then if I ask him some questions maybe I'm going to get some hints.
(You don't see Phill there so you ask someone who was working there)
(Y/N): Excuse me?may I talk to you for a second?
"Yes, sure." Says the bartender.
(Y/N):Where is Phill Hawkins?do you know?
Bartender:Oh him! he's probably around.
(Y/N):Okay,where was he last night?
Bartender:I'm so sorry ma'am but I'm not allowed to tell you that.
(Y/N): Please? it's really important.
Bartender:I don't know,he took sometimes off because he went to see a friend.
(Y/N):Oh?okay.
"There he is!!!" He says to you excited.
(He looks behind you and smiles) the bartender repeats,
"Phill,This young lady was just searching for you"
Phill:What a present surprise (Y/N)!
(Y/N):Hey Phill
Phill:Thanks man, I'll take her from here (Phill says to the other bartender,and winks at you)
Phill:Shall we take a walk there?only if you want sweetheart.
(Y/N):Sure.
Phill: Don't you think you're coming here quite often for a few days?
"Uhm...yes I just wanted to hang around,I'm really...bored."
