Part one-chapter twenty two: year x790

"Ah you're majesty, what can I do for you today?"

"May I speak to Jude Heartfelia? I have some business to conduct with him."

"Ah yes I believe hes in the library at the moment, would you like for me to go get him?"

"Oh no that's quite alright, thank you so much"

I walked through the entrance of the merchant guild, walking toward a room labeled "library" and walking in, immediately greeted by the blonde male.

"Ah miss L/n, good to see you again" the older man said, pulling me into a small hug and handing me an envelope and a large bag. I took the envelope and put it into my satchel and wrapped the handle of the bag around my wrist.

We sat there and talked for a bit, he spoke to me about how he was beginning to feel weaker each day. I just sat there and listened, and after about an hour had passed he bid me goodbye as I left the merchant guild and sat inside of the carriage with Igneel, Bisca, and her four year old daughter Asuka (who was asleep) in the carriage.

"Mama whats that?"

"Its a present for your aunt Lucy, so that way when she comes back she gets presents to make up for how many birthdays she missed"

Igneel smiled and nodded before grabbing his small happy plush Romeo had gifted him and holding it, eventually falling to sleep on it.

"Six years..."

"Yeah its crazy right..."

"Have you been having those weird dreams again?"

"Yeah...they happen more and more every year, first I got them only when I was pregnant, then the following year i got them maybe two times every couple months, third year: 4 times a month, and this year five times a month..."

"When was the last time you had one?"

"Last night, actually, it was all of us, the entirety of the guild being reunited...except Igneel looked older and I was with Natsu and Lucy...I don't remember much else from it but it was weird-"

"Your majesty, we've arrived."

Bisca and I watched as our children ran around the practically empty guild hall, trying to escape the twelve year old boy chasing them. Macao had personally thanked me multiple times since Romeo doesn't smile at all unless he's around Igneel.

I looked out the window beside the table Bisca and I were seated at, the sun was setting and I slowly felt myself slip in and out of consciousness. "Alright missy, lets get y'all home. Asuka! Come help momma take your aunty and Igneel home." The smaller girl nodded, grabbing the older boys hand and walking with him toward the two of us.

Once we had gotten into the small shack, Bisca did me the favor of getting me into bed- er the hammock, while Igneel was already fast asleep on the small loveseat in the same room.

Suddenly I was in a large field, sitting in a swinging two seat chair in front of a patch of flowers alone, until I was interrupted by a certain pink haired dragon slayer walked in front of me, sitting beside me.

"He's grown a lot...he looks just like you..."

"..."

"Y'know, Porlyusica told me a few months back that my body apparently has been frozen in time, i cant cut my hair, i havent gained or lost weight, she said I should look much older since im technically in my mid twenties but...i still look 19"

Suddenly I felt arms wrap around my waist and tears fall onto my chest.

"Please...just hold on a little longer...I swear I'll come back to both of ya the second I get a chance."

I smiled and felt my own tears begin to fall, i sniffled which caused the pink haired dragon slayer to look up toward me. I grabbed his hand and placed our foreheads together.

"Just hurry up and come home dumbass...your son and I are waiting for you."

When I had woken up I noticed that Igneel was gone, I had panicked for a second before seeing a note left on the counter.

Asuka and I took Igneel to the market, figured you needed some time to yourself today.

I sighed and smiled gently, grabbing my travel bag and changing into an outfit I haven't worn for a good six and a half years.

I threw on the outfit and a pair of boots with my satchel, I knew exactly where I was going.

I took my time and walked toward the great plains, after a few minutes of looking around I had finally found a small straw hut that hadn't been touched in years. I walked away from the hut and toward the cliff of the mountain, sitting a bit farther from the edge. I smiled, intaking the midday breeze of Magnolia and inhaling the natural scent of the flowers.

Memories came flooding in as I sat in that spot, most of them right before the team had left for the Island. Whether it was Gajeel and Natsu fighting, somehow making their way up here while I was having a moment to myself, or Lucy, Erza, and Levy following me up here on days that I'd just disappear from the guildhall.

I smiled and fiddled with my sleeve, taking a deep breath before slowly laying down on the dirt below me. I grabbed my satchel and pulled out a large picture that I had always kept folded in said satchel, the picture was of Wendy, Erza, Natsu, Lucy, Happy, Carla, Gray and I smiling after completing our first job together as a proper team.

"Please just come home you guys..."
