Part one-chapter six: window

Its been about 2 weeks since the whole thing with phantom went down and currently Natsu and I were out looking for Loke since he had suddenly disappeared out of nowhere.

"Hey n/n?"

"Yeah whats up?"

"Come to think of it we haven't been alone a whole lot huh? Well um i mean we have but not under the best circumstances hehe"

I laughed and shrugged in response.

"Can I ask you something n/n?"

"For sure, go ahead"

"Have you ever 'liked' someone before?"

I stopped dead in my tracks at his question, "I mean yeah..." i said softly, although the rather large blush on my face would've given it away anyway so there was no reason for me to hide it.

"Whats it feel like? Yknow to like someone like that" he asked, we continued walking while I fumbled with my thumbs in nervousness.

"Well...um...you wanna be around that person a lot, you cant stand the thought of them getting hurt, you want them to be by your side as much as possible, and um sometimes if you like them a lot you imagine yourself doing romantic things with them..."

"Like what?"

"Ummm like kissing, dates, what itd be like to do other stuff with the- h-hey why're you so close!?" I stuttered as the dragon slayer inched closer to my face, moving back a loose strand of my h/c hair behind my ear.

"And who do you think about like that y/n?"

"W-why do I needa tell you that?"

"Depending on your answer you'll get something good out of it"

I quietly mouthed my answer before feeling a pair of rough, chapped lips on mine. I moaned quietly in satisfaction into the kiss although it was still sloppy it was nice, i thought, running my hands through his surprisingly soft Salmon hair.

"HEY NATSU! Y/N I- oh am I interrupting something~" the small feline teased, I blushed feverishly and yelled at the cat to shut his mouth. The cat forgetting what he had come to tell us flew back to his and Natsu's shared home, once again leaving the two of us there.

"I-I-I guess i better head home...um g-goodnight"

"Wait."

"Huh" i turned and faced the dragon slayer again this time he grabbed my waist pulling me into him, while my hand rested on his chest. He left a soft kiss on my lips and turned to leave "I'll see ya tomorrow n/n!"

"Y-yeah...see ya!" I waved back, walking toward my place at fairy hills all while touching my lips and processing what the hell just happened.

I kept tossing and turning, I knew I had to be up early today but I couldn't stop thinking about what happened. I mean sure the kiss wasn't amazing but it wasn't awful, if we chose to continue this its something we could work on. I got up from my bed and got myself a glass of water, hoping it would help me to sleep in one way or another. When I returned a certain dragon slayer was sitting on my bed, from the looks of it i'd assume he was waiting for me.

"How'd you get in?"

"Window, but thats not the point."

I sat down beside him on my bed and took a sip of my water, awaiting for him to explain why the fuck he was in my house.

"I-I cant sleep, ive been thinking about you since I got home, i cant sleep HELL i cant even eat...i need to know if you want to do the romantic lovey dovey stuff with me..."

"'Romantic lovey dovey stuff' I think you mean dating Natsu"

"Yeah yeah whatever, all I know is i only wanna do that thing we did earlier...with you...I mean only if you want to." He said while blushing, I smiled softly before placing a small kiss on the dragon slayers cheek before nodding my head shyly. Natsu flashed me a familiar grin before pecking my forehead.

"But how about we hold off for a bit before we tell anyone? Mkay?" I requested, he nodded in agreement before turning and standing on my window sill.

"Well um goodnight y-WOAH"

I grabbed his arm and pulled him back into my house, dragging him into my bed "just stay, please?" He smiled and let go of my hand and closed the window, when he came back to the bed he stripped off his vest and little overskirt from his pants, as well as taking off his sandals before climbing into the bed with me holding me as close as possible.

Man, i know Laxus would be pissed if he saw this.
