Part three-chapter six: there!

Waking up to the sound of crying was not how I wanted to start my day, I reached over my sleeping husband and lifting our daughter off his chest. I gently shushed her and cradled her in my arms, rising from the bed.

I looked out the window and saw small flashes of orange and yellow contrasting with the dark sky, I looked back over on the bed and saw Natsu asleep so I knew it wasn't him.

It wasn't until I looked down onto the streets and saw the citizens getting attacked.

I immediately ran over to Lucy and woke her up, telling her everything before she had gotten up, going on ahead while I woke up everyone else.

"N/n? Whats going on?" Natsu asked me, I sighed, at least I didn't have to worry about waking him up.

"Someone seems to be attacking the city, from what I saw its heading for Lamia Scale"

I watched the male excitedly get dressed before waking up his exceed companion, waking up our son in the process.

"Mom? Dad? Whats going on?"

"Theres an attack, your dad and I are gonna help, you don't leave me side. Okay? Im gonna need you to help me with your sister" I said, the small boy nodded as I handed the little girl to her brother. I quickly zipped up my body suit and put in my coat, putting on my boots and grabbing the boy's hand, running out of the motel.

After a few minutes I finally made it to the Lamia scale guild, I watched as Sherria kicked Natsu in the face in an attempt to use Happy to take her to the source of the problem along with Wendy and Carla. I sighed as Natsu began to shout, running off and knocking multiple goons down as he followed the two girls.

Lucy transformed into one of her star dresses while I turned to face the two kids behind me, Haruna already fast asleep once again, holding her stuffed red bear while her brother had manifest a chained tool in his hand. I looked over at Lyon and back at my kids before shouting for him, he looked over confused before I had fully motioned to the two children. He nodded and created some sort of iced defense while Lucy and I went on ahead.

The two of us had been training quite a bit for the past 15 months, sparring and practicing moves on one another. Lucy's star dresses really are game changers, they even put me in a tight spot most of the time and thats just her alone, not including her fighting alongside her spirits.

Meanwhile, I had managed to advance my magic by merging certain spells seeing if they would work together. One of the prime examples are chained tools, i can now easily make chains the shape of weapons, and after a few seconds they transform into those said weapons.

I managed to take out more than a couple goons on my own, including everyone else we had completely cleared the entirety of the area surrounding the guild. I looked around for Natsu or happy, realizing they were farther away then what I expected. I ran toward Lyon, telling him to watch my children while I looked for my impulsive husband, he agreed not before a certain someone began to argue back.

"Mom I wanna help!"

"We don't know who's there baby, and by the looks of it, even some of us are having some issues...you could easily get hurt."

"But I-"

"No. If you want to help, take care of yourself and your sister. These goons aren't much, only do it if you have to. Understood?"

"Yes mom..."

"I'll be back I promise" i said, leaving small pecks on the children's foreheads before running off. Lucy was already way ahead of me, when I had caught up she already had cleared the way.
