The Prince's Love

"COVER THE PRINCE" Jongin commands in his high pitched voice.
The arrows fell on them but they shielded in time. Soon they saw another batch of arrows. And hoots of horses is heard approaching them through the dust.  They are too many in number, running towards them with swords in their hands. On their horses, dressed black from head to toe only their eyes are visible.

"THEY ARE BANDITS!!" Its Eunwoo who shouts.

"TAKE YOUR POSITIONS" Jongin commands. They attacked with full fury. The royal guards are trained for situations like this and they are fighting back with all the might, one guard is enough for ten to twenty at a time.
Jongin and Eunwoo are beside the prince, all are fighting back mercilessly just like the bandits.
Swords clashing, horses are falling due to attack on their legs, the guards who are off the horses are injured but are still fighting.
The bandits are looting the things and loading them on their horses.
It was soo chaotic.
"ATTACK THE ROYAL!" one shouted, and looks like he is the leader. On his command ten to twenty ran towards Jungkook and his guards. They took their stance but instead of the prince they attacked Jongin but he managed the attack.
Though, the trio handled the bandits and before another batch approach them Jongin and Eunwoo rides towards the prince.

"Looks like they do not know you are the royal, Jungkook!" Jongin whispers, catching his breath. As the prince is clothed the same as everyone, maybe because of that the bandits didn't recognize him.  The prince nods and gets ready to pin down the next attackers. They swiftly takes them down.

"I'll divert their attention, you must leave Jungkook!"
Jongin says in a rush, as he passes next to the prince's horse and to his back to put down one attacker.

"Leave?"
Jungkook questions as he rode near Jongin.

"Yes! Jungkook, We have no time to discuss just- "

"I can't leave you all to--"

"They are more than two hundred in number Jungkook and we are just fifty--" the prince cuts him mid sentence.

"Then I must stay with you all--"
Jungkook stops as Jongin denies, shaking his head.
"NO! They will keep coming, we are of no match right now, we all will disperse, just go and hide somewhere for the night, we'll do the same--"

"But--"

"Please Jungkook, I promise everyone single one of us will meet you at our kingdom's border, I promise I won't leave anyone behind."
Jongin insists, almost pleading. They are getting attacked nonstop.
Jongin gets a few cuts on his arms, but they are of his least of the worries. The prince's safety is his priority.

"Hyung!--" And its hard for Jungkook to just run away leaving his guards in the middle of an attack. He is not a coward, who'll just run away to save himself.

"Your safety is the most important right now Jungkook! and you too must have figured by now why you have to run right away."
Jungkook nods understanding as he dodges an arrow.

"So, you must leave right now!"

"No hyung! I won't"
He is adamant. And his stubborness annoys Jongin, he rides towards him in full fury.

"What if I say that, if you stay here we are all going to die!!" he angrily yells. The prince throws a knife stabbing the attacker behind Jongin.

"You hear me? Stop being stubborn and leave, it won't make you a coward, we have to think strategically, and I promise you I'll  meet you at the borders with all the fifty one of us, I won't repeat again, LEAVE RIGHT NOW!!" Jongin breaths out his eyes wide in anger.
