Sitting in the sun on the bench outside of the physio, San let himself soak up the warmth as he watched birds fly past. Passing the time by counting each little feathered animal that walked past him on the sidewalk, he sat contentedly, waiting...
'Sannie?'
Hearing his name, he immediately turned around, and the moment he laid eyes on that blonde head of hair, his heart raced.
'Why does my boyfriend look so adorable today?' Standing up, San quickly walked around the bench to Wooyoung.
'Adorable? I don't know whether I was going for that particular adjective, but I'll take it.' Dressed in his favourite slightly loose jeans and knit sweater, today, where his ripped jeans showed his legs, there were fishnets covering his pale skin, and when he lifted his arms a little in an attempt of getting San's attention and hugs, the top of his fishnets finished just above his waistband over his navel, accentuating his slight waistline...
San held him at an arm's length, admiring him for a moment before hugging him, kissing him on the head. 'You're always adorable.'
'I have an ex employer who would like to testify against that.'
San laughed softly, brushing his hair for a moment. However as his spacial awareness started to return, he came to notice Hongjoong standing beside them, smirking in amusement.
'Oh, shit. Sorry, Hyung. I didn't even see you there.'
Hongjoong laughed, waving him off. 'Yes I happened to notice that you were a bit preoccupied.'
Cringing, San nodded in apology, and in his arms, Wooyoung giggled, smacking him lightly on the chest. 'You're too funny.' Stepping back a little, he pulled the sleeves of his dark blue knit down further over his hands and he reached out to take his coat from Hongjoong. 'Hyung-ah, is it okay if I stay out with San for a while... Oh shit, I should probably ask... Sannie, do you have time for me over lunch?'
San laughed at the blonde's adorably sporadic, scattered mind. 'Yes, Woo. Otherwise I wouldn't be here.'
Eyes lighting up like tiny candles, Wooyoung immediately turned back to Hongjoong. 'Hyung-ah, can I have lunch with San?'
And his Hyung rolled his eyes. 'Wooyoung, you can do whatever you want.' Smiling, he rubbed his shoulder. 'I'll just be at home, so if you get tired, call me and I'll come pick you up~.'
Wooyoung's lips pulled into a magnificent, beautiful smile. 'Okay~.'
San gave Hongjoong a nod and a smile as he said his goodbyes, pulling his keys from his pocket. 'Call me if you need me,' he said, before tapping San on the shoulder and making for the car.
And then suddenly Wooyoung was clinging to his arm and nuzzling into his side, gazing up at him with those dark brown eyes.
'Are you hungry, babe?' San asked, pecking him on the cheek as he reached up for a kiss.
'Yes,' he groaned. 'But let's walk first~.'
San chuckled, giving him a skeptical glance. 'You sure you're not going to give yourself too much pain? You just did an hour of physio.'
Wooyoung shook his head. 'I have painkillers if I need them.' But as San continued to look at him with concern, Wooyoung suddenly cranked his aegyo to full throttle. 'Aw~w~w~ San-~ah~h~h~! I wanna spend time with you~~~.'
And he laughed. Melting instantly, San put an arm around his waist and squeezed him against his side. Happiness welled inside of him, and for not the first time, nor the last, San asked the powers that be how he had been so lucky to meet someone who made his heart flutter like Wooyoung did...
San kissed him sweetly on the cheek, and pulled him close.
'Well when you say it like that, how can I refuse?!'
