Wooyoung felt his heart flutter as San opened the car door for him and offered his hand to help him out.

'Sannie, you're too sweet,' he breathed as he stood, overtaken by his gentleman's etiquette.

But then the brunette took his other hand out from behind his back and presented him with a beautiful bouquet of red and white roses, tulips and gardenias. 'For you, my love~' he said charismatically.

Wooyoung gasped, eyes widening as he stared at his boyfriend. 'T-these are for me?' he breathed.

San gently took his wrists and put the bouquet in his hands. 'Yes, kitten. I brought the prettiest ones I could find,' he replied softly, placing a delicate kiss on his cheek that had him blushing.

'Sannie~' he whispered, reaching up and brushing his cheek with his fingertips. 'You didn't have to...'

But he shook his head. 'I know I didn't. But I wanted to. I bought some for your mother as well...'

Wooyoung melted as he watched San briskly open the back seat door and take out a beautiful coloured bouquet. He straightened his shirt in the reflection in the window nervously, and it was the most adorable thing he'd ever seen.

'San-ah, you know you don't need to worry, right?'

San nodded, despite swallowing back nerves. 'I know... I'm not... Really.... Okay, maybe a little...'

Wooyoung melted. Overwhelmed by the pretty scent of the roses and tulips in his hands, he stepped up to San and wove his hand in his, entwining their fingers together as San put both their hands in his pocket.

'Why are you always so scared of my family?' he asked as they made their way along the pavement to the restaurant.

'Because I care, and I want them to like me.'

Wooyoung rolled his eyes. 'Like anyone could dislike you. Yeosang is just about ready to pay you to take me off him, Joong complains that you're not around when he is anymore, and I think my parents want to adopt you too.'

He looked over to see San stifle a small smile.

'Oh, there's mom~' Wooyoung breathed softly, waving gently with his hand holding the flowers as he saw her walking towards them from the other side of the restaurant. His heart warmed as he saw her smile widely, waving back.

And Wooyoung saw San nod hello, hiding her flowers behind his back.

'Momma~' Wooyoung called as they finally met in the middle out the front of the restaurant. 'Look what Sannie surprised me with!' He squeezed San's hand in his pocket, gazing up at him and his nervous expression.

'Oh Woo hun. They're beautiful~. San darling, you treat my son like royalty,' she said kindly, giving Wooyoung a loving rub on the shoulder before seeming like she would do the same for San.

But before she could, San suddenly brought out the bouquet and surprised her with the colourful bunch.

And Wooyoung's heart soared as he watched his mother's eyes melt. Letting San's hand go, he watched as he bowed politely.

'Mrs Kang~' he said kindly, giving her a wide smile. 'You look lovely.'

As his mother blushed, she brushed off his compliment and gazed at the flowers. 'Oh darling, you didn't have to~' she breathed.

And Wooyoung smirked as he watched San bite into a smile. 'That's what Woo said,' he said softly, putting his arm around his waist.

His mom smiled widely at them. 'San-ah, darling, do try to relax.'

Wooyoung nudged him in the side, smiling as he reached up and pressed his lips against his cheek softly. 'Be yourself, baby.'

'I am,' he said softly, squeezing his waist and smiling at his mother. 'Or at least, I will be,' he said with a soft, shy laugh. 'Just give me a moment to remember how to breathe.'

And Wooyoung giggled. 'You're too cute,' he breathed, nuzzling into his side. 'Shall we go inside and eat?'

His mother nodded, smiling at the both of them. 'Let's~' she replied.

And as San pressed his lips to the top of his head, he melted.

'Oki~'
