Mingi came walking up to their dorm porch to find Seonghwa sitting on the front step, sitting in the sun.
'Hwa?'
He looked up at the sound of his name, almost clumsily falling off the step as he did. 'Min-ah~' he gasped in surprise as Mingi giggled at his goofiness.
'What are you doing sitting on our doorstep?' he asked, watching him struggle to his feet.
'I thought I'd visit,' he said as Mingi let them inside, taking his shoes off and immediately going to make them coffee to put his cravings to rest.
'You're acting weird.'
Putting the kettle on, Mingi frowned. 'What do you mean, I'm acting weird?'
He narrowed his eyes at him in scrutiny. 'I mean, you're acting weird... What happened?' he asked, looking him up and down with narrowed eyes.
Thinking of just not even an hour ago, Mingi couldn't help the small smile that crept onto his lips. '... Hwa... he kissed me...'
His eyes remained narrow; clearly not the response he'd expected. 'Ages ago, I know.'
'No I mean again - today - before. We were at uni and he kissed me.'
He watched as his friend's eyes widened. 'He kissed you?! Again?!'
Biting both of his lips shyly, he nodded, trying his best to stifle his smile. 'He really kissed me...'
'Really? Really how?' He asked slowly and with an air of confusion. 'Like, awkwardly?'
Feeling like he was floating, Mingi stepped up to his friend and pulled him to stand next to the kitchen sink with him. 'Imagine that is a bookshelf,' he said, pulling him to step closer, and almost giggling as Seonghwa's head almost whiplashed back away from him.
'He put his hand here and his other here,' he said, taking him by the waist and pressing his fingertips to his cheek... He bit into a smirk as he saw how uncomfortable Seonghwa was as he backed away.
'Oh my god, no demonstration necessary,' he choked.
Mingi pouted, despite his amusement. 'But you're hopeless at imagining things.'
He narrowed his eyes. 'Well an air demonstration would have sufficed.'
Mingi turned his nose up, pouting. 'Fine. I'll have to wait for San then. San's not scared of me.'
Seonghwa pretended to gag. 'I'm not scared of you, it's just too cringe between us. I'll have to go without the image... Speaking of images... You're very chirpy. I thought you were avoiding him?'
Mingi bit into his lips that still tingled with Yunho's kiss. 'I am. Was? I don't know. But Hwa, such a big part of me likes him... I'm sure the regret will come later when I see him regretting every moment of it...'
Seonghwa rolled his eyes. 'Yeah, that's what you said last time. And look. Clearly that didn't happen, because here you tell me he was being all lovey-dovey touching your waist and cheek or whatever the hell you just did to me, and really kissing you. Whatever that means.'
Mingi's cheeks burned as his heart palpated. 'God, I feel like a teenager. This is embarrassing.'
As their kettle ticked over, he thanked god for the distraction and turned to pour the boiling water into their instant coffee mugs. Carrying them to the dining table, they sat down in the sun, soaking up the warmth.
