A/N: Full warning the beginning is going to probably start like one of those one shots that's not very good but I'll do my best to make it something real... (enjoy you fuckers)

also this isn't what I was going to post next— just the only thing I had finished 👀🤚

Chiron called the seven to the big house, claiming they had to complete some mission. Percy wasn't happy, having been interrupted while doing something important (Annabeth).

The both of them, mostly Percy, walked up the hill uncomfortably, and unsatisfied thinking maybe if Chiron just needed the two of them they could just do over the shirt stuff. But no... the rest of the seven were called to come as well. Despite Frank and Hazel having only been at camp by chance.

"I guess I'll just have finish what I was doing later then." Percy grumbled as Annabeth blushed and pushed her hair forward trying to hide the evidence.

"Percy, stop pouting, it's not like she doesn't sleep in your cabin." Piper had an evil smirk on her face as they both turned a shade of crimson.

"That's enough." Chiron announced as he rolled into the rec-room. "I need you to go through the attic and clean out... old mementos."

"We're getting mentos?" Leo asked.

"What if we find something special, like I'm sure there's like Achilles' helmet or sandal up there."

"I trust your judgement as to what gets left up there, what  gets taken and what gets thrown out."

They trekked up the four flights of stairs to the attic, Annabeth leading the way. She grabbed Percy's hand as they all made it through the hatch. Not only was she going to have to be the leader, obviously, but she knew about some objects up here that were going to be hard to go through. So many fallen campers' items. Silena and Beckondorf's halves of a necklace, Michael Yew's bow... Percy's stomach twisted when he saw it, the Stolls still won't let him live it down that he killed Michael.

"Whoa, is this my Thalia?" Piper asked, looking at a stack of photos.

"Oh and look! Baby Annabeth!"

"Aww! Look how cute you were Annabeth!" Hazel seemed giddy as she looked through the pictures of her, Thalia, and... "Who's that?"

Percy, almost instinctively wrapped his arm around Annabeth's waist. They both knew who they were talking about.

"That's uhm—" Annabeth's voice caught in her throat, but nobody but Percy noticed.

"Luke." Percy finished for her.

"Who? He's hot." Piper noted. Both Percy and Annabeth decided to pretend the group wasn't digging into Annabeth's past and continued on.

"Hey, Annabeth, look." She walked over to Percy. He was holding a pink piece of cloth it seemed.

"What is that?"

"Aphrodite's scarf."

"Oh no, no! No love magic for you! " She joked, quoting herself from when they were twelve. Percy stuffed it in his pocket, wanting to keep it as a memento of his and Annabeth's first quests, not just together. He tugged on her belt loop and pulled her into a kiss. He attempted to deepen it but she had her wits about her, and remembered that they were with friends.

"Love you." He whispered in her ear, and kissed her cheek. She took his hand.

"So then who's this Luke guy?" Annabeth stiffened, having forgotten that she wa spacing that problem for a moment. Annabeth turned to Percy who whispered sweet affirmations in her ear, and kissed her cheek, before resting his hand on the small of her back.
