Annabeth

A: I don't think I can make it today.

P: Aw thats okay. Are you alright?

A: Yeah, just having some cramps and feeling cruddy is all.

P: Why?

A:...

P:Why?

A: I have my period

I probably grossed him out but I don't care enough right now, I can barely get off my couch to get some advil. Eventually I mustered the strength and walked into the kitchen to get some water when the doorbell rang.

I opened the door to find my boyfriend, holding a plastic bag and flowers in hand.

"What... what are you doing here?"

"I just wanted to drop off some stuff for you is all." He walked in, and brought out the items he bought. Chocolate, and
lots of it, ice cream, pads, and tampons.

"You bought all of this?" My heart swelled, but he kissed my cheek and went to leave. "Wait, don't go."

"Really? You don't mind me staying?"

"Do I mind you staying? Of course not, I can't believe you did this. I'd mind if you didn't stay." He smiled and he held her hand as they walked over to the couch and relaxed watching cheesy eighties movies. Pretty in Pink, Back to the Future, Say Anything, Sixteen Candles, and Annabeth's favorite; Heathers.

She curled up in a blanket and leaned into his chest. She dug into ice cream first and enjoyed her boyfriend's arms around her. His warmth feeling nice on her abdomen. He'd plant light kisses on her neck every so often, and once she finished her ice cream they laid down on the couch, her being on top of him.

She felt her eyes getting droopy so she shot up and ran to the bathroom before she could fall asleep. When she came out he had a worried look on his face.

"I'm fine I just had to change my pad."

"Oh." His shoulders relaxed as he stood up and grabbed the heating pad and putting it on his stomach for her to lay down on. She did and he draped a blanket over them, and held her on him, twirling her curls in his fingers.

She had fallen asleep, and saw that she had left a small mess of glasses and dishes so he slid out from under her to clean up so she wouldn't have too.
...
He was wiping down the counter when he heard a soft, tired voice.

"Percy?" He turned around wearing a pink flower apron.

"Hey sleepy head." He smiled at her.

"I thought you would have left."

"Not without saying bye to you."

"What are you doing and what are you wearing?"

"I was just cleaning up a bit and the apron was so I didn't dirty my clothing thank you very much." She smiled and walked over to hug him.

"I love you."

"I love you more." She smiled with her face in his chest. He kissed the crown of her head. She looked up at him and kissed him.

"Its okay to give me a real kiss you know."

"I didn't want to push you to do anything, especially if you weren't feeling up to it."

"Its okay, I promise." He gave her a real kiss, running his hands through her hair, as she did the same to him. "You weren't grossed out?"

"By what?"

"Me having my period?"

"No I mean, its not your fault and its not like you can control the fact that this happens. So why not do what I can to help you get through it?"

"You're one in a million Percy." He just held her close, kissing the top of her head until she yawned and he carried her to her room. She pulled him into the bed with her and curled into his chest.

When Mr. Chase got home he went to check on Annabeth and found her curled into Percy, instead of being mad like most dads might be, he just smiled because he knew his daughter found the right guy. He shut off the light and texted Sally that Percy was over and that he'd send him home in the morning, attaching a picture of them snuggled up together along with the text.
