Third Person's POV

Year 1999

"Hubby! Hubby!" Sigaw ni Marji. Nasa nursery siya kasama ang sanggol na si Haywen. 8th month old pa lamang si Haywen nang...

"Why?! What happened?!" Harrisson ran towards them quickly as soon as he heard his wife screaming.

"Haywen said a word!" Marji said proudly while carrying baby Haywen.

Harrisson did not know what to react but his mouth was widely opened that time.

"Come on, baby, say it again" Marji said excitingly.

The infant Haywen giggles when he saw his Daddy. She was always like that whenever she sees her dad or mom.

"M-Mama..." the infant Haywen said cutely that made her parents heart melt. Her cuteness was something else for them!

"And? What about the other one?" Marji said softly to infant Haywen. Haywen then looked at her Mom while Marji was smiling the whole time. Haywen smiled as she saw her Mom smiling, then looked at her Dad.

Harrisson that time already expected what Haywen would say next. So, his happiness and excitement doubled.

The proud parents were waiting for the infant Haywen to speak...

"Oh no, you better say Daddy or Dada. I've been teaching you for so long" Harrisson said in his mind.

"Hehehe! Let's see if she will say what you want!" Marji said in her mind as if she had read Harrisson's mind.

Then the two were both focused on Haywen. Then, suddenly, Haywen mumbled a word.

"D-D..." the infant Haywen said as if she was struggling. Harrisson, on the other hand, was full of hope and energized the moment he heard Haywen spoke the word 'D'.

"Come on, my Princess! Say it" Harrisson said happily.

"D-D-Dede" the infant Haywen said that made Marji burst out laughing, and Harrisson frustrated.

"HAHAHAHAHA! YEAH! That's right, baby! Dede! Hahahahahahha!" Marji couldn't stop laughing.

Meanwhile, her husband was frustrated and disappointed.

"I know that you are the one who taught her that word. Marji, you broke my heart" Harrisson said and acted like his heart was in pain. But, Marji was still laughing that time, so Haywen laughed too!

"Hahahahaha! You did really expect that she will say Dada or Daddy, right? Hahahahah! " Marji was teasing her husband. Her husband could not do anything but sigh.

Here, Marji and infant Haywen were singing Johnny Johnny, yes Papa.

"Baby, baby?", Marji initiated. Then infant Haywen smiled before talking

"Ma, Mama?", Infant Haywen said. She meant 'Yes, Mama?'.

Marji couldn't help herself but to smile widelt as if nothing could bother her anymore.

"Eating sugar?", Marji continued

"Mama, mama", infant Haywen said while shaking her head. She meant 'No, Mama'.

"Telling lies?", Marji continued while poking infant Haywen's cheek

"Mama, Mama", Haywen said with a smile and a little shake of her head. She again meant 'No, Mama'
