Riley's POV
"What the fuck is that?!" I yelled. Kara and Lizz were running back to the school, and that thing was only walking after them. "Oh fuck! Fuck fuck fuck!" I panicked and called Dylan. "Hey Ri! I can't really hear in here, so you'll have to speak up!" Dylan said. "THERE'S A FUCKING DINOSAUR OUTSIDE!" I screamed. She paused for a moment. "Keep it distracted." She hung up. "What?! How?!" I shrieked. The ground shook as it stopped in front of the school. It looked down at me and I gulped. "Hey buddy... nice dino." I backed away slowly. It roared at me and I screamed in horror. I grabbed my grapple and jumped off the roof. It watched me swing away and started to follow me. "Oh! Ok! Let's get you away from these kids!" I swung across the parking lot and into the woods behind it. It had already made a path from where it came from, so I just led it right back the way it came. The only problem was that it was much faster than I expected. The dinotron ran after me, snapping its jaw as I swung through the trees. Then suddenly, it's teeth snagged the wire of my grapple, and it snapped. It sent me plummeting to the ground. I screamed as I hit the ground and rolled over in pain. The dinotron roared again and lifted it's foot to crush me. I shrieked in horror and tried to scramble away, but its claw was too big. As it got closer, I just curled into a ball and clenched my eyes shut. I thought I was gonna die, but I heard a loud explosion that knocked the dinotron back. I looked up, stunned and exhaled in relief. "Riley!" Ella ran over and helped me up. "Oh thank god!" I hugged her so tightly that she squeaked. Retro blasted it again from the air. "Are you ok?" Ella asked. "Yeah, but my grapple is broken." I said. "Take mine. The others are coming." She handed me her grapple and took off flying. I just blinked at her. "That's new." I noted. "Explain later. Go join the team!" Ella pointed away and I ran off.

Kara's POV
"Well, there goes all of our nights." Blaire complained. "Focus Hurricane. Help me frost the ground! Maybe we can trip it!" I said. She nodded and we flew down together. We frosted over the grass, hoping to make the dinotron slip, but it didn't work. Lizz circled around it to get a better look. "This thing came prepared guys! Simple tricks aren't going to be enough to take it down! Reinforced armor, no clear openings, and no blind spots!" She yelled. "If that's the case, then let's just take it back where it came from!" I said. "You think we can get it to chase us?" She asked. "It was working for Black. Why not us? At least we can keep up with it!" I shrugged. Lizz thought for a moment. "Ok. Arrows! Stay here. Spark Hound and Hurricane, follow behind it. Talon, come with Rover and I. We're leading this thing out of here." Lizz ordered. Lizz took off and Santana and I followed. I blasted the dinotron to get it's attention and it immediately came after us.

As we got further down the path, the dinotron started to slow. "What's it doing?" I asked, as it stopped completely. We all stopped and turned to face it. Suddenly, it's eyes stopped glowing for a moment. We all shared a confused glance right before it roared again, and the eyes turned back on. Then it turned around and ran right back to the school. Hurricane tried to create an ice wall to stop it, but the dinotron crashed straight through it and kept running. "We can't let it get to the school!" I yelled, and we chased after it. The arrows all fired at it, but it was no use, so they ran after it with us. Ella flew up beside me. "Did you call your mom?" She asked. "How are you flying?" I asked, stunned. "Dylan gave me her flight enhancers. She'll be lucky if she gets these back." She answered. "Mom said they were on their way, but they should be here by now. Something must have happened!" I explained. "What does that thing even want?" Ella asked. We looked over as it roared again and walked up to the school. It stepped inside the gate and we all panicked. "Sonar! Grab it!" I held out my hand and held the dinotron still. Lizz did the same. We both slowly lowered to the ground to preserve power. Santana and Retro joined us too. Even with their help, it was too much. "We can't hold this forever! We have to do something!" I groaned. "Spark Hound! Hurricane! See if you can electrocute it! Maybe you can short circuit it!" Santana yelled. "Arrows! Get everyone into the gym and barricade it, now!" Retro ordered. Everyone ran off to follow their orders while we held the dinotron still. "Remind me not to underestimate moms stories ever again." Santana groaned. "I should have listened to my dad and stayed in the lab!" Lizz added. "We can do this! Just a little longer!" I yelled. "You're assuming the electricity will work!" Retro snapped. "God I hope it does." I sighed.

Blaire flew up and created a lightning storm. Cleo's fur spiked up immediately and she groaned in annoyance. "Ha! You're a pomeranian now!" Blaire joked. "You know I'm a shepherd!" Cleo snapped. Then she electrified her stick and stabbed it into the metal. At the same time, Blaire channeled the lightning down at the dinotron. The electricity radiated around the dinosaur, but it didn't make a difference. In fact, it supercharged it. The dinotron snapped out of our magical grasp and roared out again. It started towards the gym again. "Oh god! What do we do now?!" I asked. Retro perked up with an idea. "That's exactly what we do! Hey! You said you'd help us! Now would be the time!" Retro flew up and screamed into the sky. "Is she ok?" Lizz asked. "Uh... I'm not sure." I shrugged. "Lemmy! Alex! Cal! Please! We need your help!" Retro shouted. My eyes widened as I realized what she meant. "They must not be watching." I said. "Cleo! You said you're friends with Lemmy? Call for her!" Santana ordered. "You cannot be serious." Cleo's ears drooped down. "Just do it!" We all yelled. She was taken back. "Fine! Lemmy! Send help! Please!" Cleo yelled. "Stop yelling. We heard you the first time." I heard. We spun around and Alex smiled at us. "Hello." She waved with a smile. "Kill that thing!" We pointed at the dinotron. "Oh. Ok!" Alex snapped her fingers and it dropped immediately. The entire dinotron just fell over, powerless.

When it hit the ground, it let out a shock wave that blew everything around us back. Alex held us all still though, and protected us from the projectiles. Then she cleared the smoke and let us all go. Retro bolted down and hugged her tightly. "Thank you so much! Holy Hades, you're a lifesaver!" She shrieked. "You're welcome, cousin. Though, there will be consequences for this action." Alex warned her. "I don't care. We're alive! Thanks to you!" Retro laughed. Alex chuckled and shook her head. "For now. Good luck, Orange. And have a nice night, Cleo! I'll be seeing you very soon." Alex winked at her and teleported away. Cleo just stood there, looking confused. "She's so weird." She shook her head. "So what do we do with it now?" I asked. "I'll take it!" We heard. We all looked up to see Pink Wings flying down towards us. "Impressive, really! Though, you're not always going to have such an easy way out. I'll make sure of that." She smirked. "Come here, feathers!" Blaire bolted after her, but Pink Wings pointed a remote at her and pressed a button. A portal opened in front of her, and spit Blaire back out, onto the ground beside us. "You have a portal machine?!" Lizz shrieked. Pink Wings pressed the button again and a portal appeared underneath the dinotron. We all jumped back away from it, as it dropped through it. "Enjoy your party, guys! Bye!" She flew into the portal, and it closed right after.

The Arrows came back over to us. "What happened?" Ella asked. "We failed. That's what happened." I groaned. "I'd say you did pretty good!" We heard. I turned around and gasped. "Mom!" I ran over and hugged Aurelia. "Aethra. What stalled you?" Lizz asked. "Another dinotron! In the city. That was... quite the flashback." She shuddered in thought. "We had to call Alex to destroy it for us, and Pink Wings still managed to steal it." I explained. "Yeah that sucks, but hey! You're still standing! That's more than I can say for some of your parents." Mom looked at Retro. Her eyes widened. "Where are they?" She asked. "They're back at HQ. They're all ok, but some of them may need time to recover. You all did great. You did all you could, and you kept your school safe. That's all that matters." Mom assured us. Arc flew in behind her and changed to his human form. "It's gone already?" He asked. "Feathers stole it." Mom told him. He groaned in annoyance. "Where are my kids? Are they ok?" He asked me. "Zane is inside, but Zephyr is home." I said. Arc furrowed his brow. "She's what?" He asked. "Something tells me Gabe didn't tell you that he grounded her." I said. Arc snapped his head over at Aurelia. "Go get him." She waved him off. Arc transformed and flew away quickly. "As for the rest of you, you can stay if you want, but I think you should get home. You're going to be in a lot of pain tomorrow." Mom told us, and we left.
