Heather's POV
Zill, Gold, Aura, and I went to the matrix to talk about our next move. Aura and I were really only there to get the information. Not to actually propose anything, since this is Gold's father. "I know that this must be really hard for you, Gold, but we need to do something. If Pepper was telling the truth, then David could possibly do something like that again! We don't need any more children getting hurt because of this." Zephyr started. "I agree, but there's no way to know where David is! Plus, we don't even know who this Henry guy is." Gold replied. "What did we do with Pepper and Sawyer?" I asked. "Oh. They sent them back to Teen Island." Aura answered. Zill perked up. "Teen Island! Pepper and Sawyer knew that Riley was on Teen Island. They knew about her relationship with Emma. They said that they were the ones that kidnapped her. Maybe Riley knows something about this Henry person." She suggested. "Riley had declined to comment." Zephyr replied. We all got confused. "What do you mean?" Gold asked. "She and Emma have refused to comment about Teen Island, or anything that happened there. They both have traumatic backgrounds, and don't wish to relive that pain through recollection." Zephyr explained. "I'm sorry. Let me get this straight. They don't wanna give us any information, because it's too painful for them? Do they have any idea of the things we've been through?!" Zill shouted. Gold patted her shoulder to calm her down. "Surely Retro didn't ok that. All of us are in danger as long as we don't know who Henry is." Gold said. Zephyr shook her head. "You've found a way to cope with what happened to you, but tell me. How long did that take you? Riley and Emma are only seventeen. They haven't gotten over it yet, and if we can help them to feel better about themselves, then we will do whatever we can. Retro understood that, and has approved Riley's behavior." Zephyr explained. Zill and Gold sat back in their chairs and crossed their arms in annoyance. "Are you guys really not getting this? It seems obvious to me." Aura noted. I raised an eyebrow at her. "That Henry guy had Pepper and Sawyer kidnap Riley, right? And Teen Island is for kids with broken home lives. The same thing that makes you all Arrows. So, if we put that all together, I'd guess that Henry is Riley's dad, who ruined her childhood, which is what originally landed her at your HQ, but when he found out, he had her taken to Teen Island." Aura explained. "If that all was true, then why take her from us? What does he have against us?" Gold asked. "He's working with David, who's only after you. If David succeeds, The Arrows go down, and he wouldn't want his kid to go down with them." Aura explained. "How do you come up with this stuff?" I asked, and Aura smiled at me. "Your suggestion does make a lot of sense. We can go with that for now, but we can't say anything to Riley. Ok?" Zephyr asked, and we nodded.

Aura drove us home. "I can't believe a parent could make their children feel like that. It still boggles my mind." I sighed. "Well, Teen Island is better than the orphanage, I guess." She shrugged. "The what?" I asked. Aura glanced over at me. "The orphanage. Do you know what that is?" She asked. I shook my head. "Nope." I shrugged. She sighed heavily, and thought for a moment. "It's like... a place where kids that weren't wanted, or were abused, go to find a better family. It's not always successful. Some kids stay there until they're adults." She explained. My eyes widened as she spoke and I stared at her in horror. Aura glanced over again. "I know it's not that great, but it's all they can do." She shrugged. I leaned back against the seat and took a deep breath. Then I just stared forward, out the window. "Are you ok, babe?" Aura asked. "Would... would anyone have wanted me? If Charlie wasn't there... where would I be right now?" My eyes started to water. Aura reached over and grabbed my hand. "That's not what happened. Charlie took you in, and you're here now. That's all that matters. It's ok, honey." She assured me. We pulled into the driveway, and she looked over at me. I glanced back at her. Aura stared at me for a moment, before she leaned over and kissed me. "We're right where we're meant to be, ok?" She asked. I smiled softly and nodded.

Aurelia's POV
When we came inside, Heather immediately went down to the lab to hug Charlie. He raised an eyebrow at me, standing behind them. I just shrugged and waved it off. When I walked back upstairs, Santana was rushing out the door. I snatched her by the shirt, and pulled her in front of me. "And where are you off to in such a hurry?" I asked. "I have a date with Connor." She answered. I raised an eyebrow. "What? I really like him! Plus, I think he wants me to meet his dads and I'm really nervous... and really late! I need to go!" She ran off and I just blinked at her as the door closed. I shrugged it off and walked into the dining room, where Kara and Lizz were looking at something on her laptop. "What are you guys doing?" I asked. "We want to have an actual wedding ceremony. It won't be anytime soon, but we're just looking into some things." Kara shrugged. I just stared at them for a moment before I walked back to my bedroom.

When Heather walked in, she raised an eyebrow at me. "Are you ok? You look confused. Sorry I got so sappy earlier." She laughed. I smiled at her. "It's ok. Are you feeling better?" I asked. "Yeah. Are you?" She asked again. I sighed and she sat down next to me on the bed. "Our oldest daughter is meeting her boyfriends' parents today, and our youngest daughter is planning her wedding!" I exclaimed. Heather stared at me blankly for a second. "Our youngest daughter is only seventeen." She said. "Yeah! That's what I'm saying! They are moving way faster in life than we ever did. It's only a matter of time before Santana moves into Arrows HQ with Connor, and if Kara is planning a wedding at seventeen, then who knows how fast she and Lizz will move out! I thought... I thought we had more time." I admitted. "Time for what?" Heather asked. I huffed a laugh. "To be with them? Our kids? They won't be here forever, Heather. What are we gonna do when they're gone?" I asked. She slowly frowned and looked down. We sat there like that for a moment, and I took a deep breath. "I thought about what you said earlier." I told her. Heather looked over at me. "How would you like to save someone the same way Charlie saved you?" I asked. Her eyes widened a little and she smiled. "Are you sure?" She asked. I smiled and nodded. "Positive." I replied.

We sat Santana and Kara down to get their opinion on this before we did anything. "Is this an intervention? Cause I didn't do it!" Santana put her hands up and Kara elbowed her. "You're lucky we have something to talk to you about, or you'd be under investigation." I snapped. "We have a question for you two." Heather explained. They both raised an eyebrow. "How would you feel about having another sister?" She asked. "Can you still do that?" Santana asked, and I shot her a glare. "Why would you want another one?" Kara asked. "Well, you two are going your own ways, and uh..." Heather panicked and looked at me. "None of your damn business! I just want to know if you're ok with it!" I spat. Kara was taken back. "As long as you're not gonna yell at a toddler like that." She answered. I rolled my eyes. "She would be close to your age, girls." Heather told them. "Oh! Well, sure. It doesn't make any difference to us, just as long as you don't expect us to explain the whole superhero thing." Santana replied. "We will handle that, but you girls really don't mind?" I asked. "Of course not. Whatever makes you feel young again, mom." Santana smirked. I clenched my fists. "Run." Heather ordered, and Santana laughed as she walked away. "Where is she gonna sleep?" Kara asked. "We'll figure it out. Just go before she snaps at you too." Heather pushed her away.
