"How the duck did Gryffindor lose 150 house points in one night?", Meadow asked as she sat down at the Gryffindor table for once. Harry, Hermione and Neville were sitting at the table and all of them looked rather exhausted. Ron was still stuck in the hospital wing after Norbert bit him which caused his hand to get infected.

"How didn't you lose points is the question? We saw you outside far past midnight at the lake with Nyx and we know that you have been sneaking around with my invisibility cloak", Harry growled a little and it was obvious that he hadn't slept well.

"Because I know how to sneak out without getting caught and I have only stolen your invisibility cloak once and that was because you forgot it in the common room besides I asked the rest of the times", she said defensively.
"And do I have to remind you that I have detention with Snape once a week because he seems to hate me more than everyone else", she partly lied. She did have detention with Snape each week but that was because he wanted to check on her.

"I don't think Snape can hate anyone more than Harry", Neville told which caused Hermione to nod in great agreement.

"But you are lucky you know, you don't need to worry about the Slytherin prefect catching you because she is the reason why I have gotten in so much trouble", Harry complained and Meadow rolled her eyes. If Esmeralda gave Harry detention it was because he broke the rules.

"Well maybe you should stay away from trouble and stop sneaking out for some stupid things", Hermione suggested with her words causing Meadow to snicker.

"Besides the only reason that Esme bails me out of detention is that Tycho has always been there. Anyways she can't do that anymore because if she does she will lose her position as prefect", Meadow explained brightly for some reason.

"You know we met Tycho's older brother, he seems cool", Harry said switching the subject.

"Yeah Fabian, he's alright. I don't know him well so ask Tycho if you have any questions about him", she muttered sternly.

"You know Meadow something have been bothering me for a while now, I still don't get, how you heard me arguing with the sorting hat", he mentioned so out of the blue that Meadow nearly choked on her food.

"I didn't hear it and Ron didn't so how did you?", Hermione added curiously.

"That's a very good question but look at the time, seems like I have to get my things at uhm the dormitories before classes start", Meadow rambled as she ran to her feet and jogged away, obviously leaving the others suspicious but suspicious was better than them knowing her nature.
                                                      **************

The exams were just around the corner and Meadow had no idea how she would do. She did okay in most subjects but she was struggling a bit with her charms classes. Somehow she didn't manage to get a feather to fly or making her wand light up. She thought that she would do excellent in Charms because she had classes with her brother but it turned out she wasn't correct at all. She had been told by her good friend Rio that the charm exam was based on making a pineapple tap dance over a desk and she could barely do wingardium leviosa. Charms weren't her thing and it was her worst subject while AJ did brilliantly in it and he wasn't even trying. She was doing excellent in Potions all because of Snape giving her extra help whenever she needed it and she couldn't believe that it was a time when she hated Snape's guts.

In history of magic, she did practically fantastic since she could remember dates, historical events and important sentences but when it came to charms it was too much to remember. The hand moment, the words, remembering to say the words correctly or you could end with a buffalo on your chest if you say anything wrong.
Transfiguration she was fairly good at and she didn't think it would be a problem to turn a mouse into a snuffbox on her exams.
