New Kids

Kats POV
Quinn and I moved into our house. We did it! I'm pregnant. I'm going through the Tublos pregnancy cycle. I still have all the same symptoms of a pregnancy, but I don't get a baby bump. I'm scared though because its June. Tublos can be born within 5-9 months. So this kid could be born in October or in February. I'm on the couch right now. Quinn walked out of the bedroom and squealed. "Did you just squeal?" I asked with a laugh. "What's up with your eyes?" She asked, stunned. "What?" I asked. "Your eyes! They're glowing white" she said. I got up and looked in a mirror. They are glowing. I blinked a few times and it went away. "Its just part of the cycle" I said. "Right... can you explain the cycle to me?" Quinn asked. "Sure, my colors are white and black. Yours are black and green. So with every change in the cycle, my eyes will glow in different patterns of those colors" I said. "But other than that, Ill have all the same symptoms of a normal pregnancy" I said. "Except your stomach" she said and I nodded. "Ok then" she said. "I'm gonna have to teach you how to walk" I said. "Are you talking to me?" Quinn asked. "Yes" I nodded.

"I don't like this" Quinn said. I turned her into her ferret form. She's black and has a green stripe down her back. "You have to get used to it" I said. I'm in my ferret form. "Why?" She asked. "Because when the cycle completes you have to be in ferret form when this kid is born" I said. She sighed. "Ok" she said. She got a text. "Walk to your phone" I said. She stumbled over to it. I walked over to her. It was Cacey. She sent her a video of Cory doing something stupid. It says 'wish you were still here.' "You know I told you that you can go back to the mafia if you want" I said. "I know, but I don't. I just wish I still had my friends" she said. "They'll be here soon babe." I said. "Yeah. I hope so." She said. 

Quinn was out trying to find a job, so I got her friends to come over while she was gone. They weren't due for a few weeks, but after some begging, they decided to come early. When Quinn came home, I ran to the door. I opened the door for her and she smiled. "Hey babe. What's got you so happy?" She asked with a laugh. "Come look what I did for you." I said. I pulled her into the living room and her eyes widened. "Hey boss." Cacey smiled. "What are you guys doing here? You weren't supposed to be here for a while." Quinn smiled. "Your girl said you were depressed without us so we came sooner." Cory said. "I was not!" Quinn snapped. "Uh huh." Cory said. I giggled. "Thank you babe." Quinn looked at me. "It was the least I could do." I shrugged.

Connors POV
Dad told me to come to his room so I walked up there. "Hey dad. What's up?" I asked. "I need you to go with me to the airport" Sebastion said. "Why?" I asked. "Because Alison is moving to America" he said. "Seriously?" I asked. "Yeah, she doesn't have anything to do back home, and she liked being here" he shrugged. I raised an eyebrow. "No she's not staying here. Her parents bought her a house" he said. "Ok. I'll go with you" I said. 

We took my truck to the airport. Alison is gonna be a sophomore. She's only sixteen. "So I need you to make sure that she's ok Connor" dad said. "What do you mean?" I asked. "Alison is very... sensitive. She doesn't like being alone, so I need you to check up on her every once in a while" he said. "Ok. I can do that." I said. We went inside, and just like last time we waited for what seemed like forever for the plane to arrive. A small girl with long brown hair, dog ears, and tail walked towards us. "Hey ally" I hugged her. "Hi Connor. Hi uncle" she hugged me and my dad. "Hey, so are you ready to go?" dad asked and she nodded. She grabbed her stuff and we left.

"So do you have a car?" I asked. We're back in the truck. "My mom said that she got one for me and put it at the house" she said. "Ok" I said. I pulled up to a small house and we went in. There were car keys on the counter. She went into the garage and saw the grey car. Then we helped her get settled. "So are you coming to my school?" I asked. "Yes. Mom said that I was going to go to a private school, but since you go to a public school that it would be better if I went with someone I know" she said. "Ok cool, I'm sure the rest of my friends will love you" I said and she smiled. "Ok, so you're sure that you're good?" my dad asked. She nodded. "You have my number and Connors, so if you need anything just call" he said. "Ok" she said, and we left.
