A few weeks later ;

Your blood pounded in your ears: heart thudding out of your chest as your body flinched with every beat.

Your nails dug into your hands, your fingers shaking violently as you struggled to even remember your own name.

Breathing felt like a distant memory: every breath was short and empty.

Your mind was spinning in and out of consciousness, your eyes dizzy as you struggled to hear what was around you.

"Y/N!" Hange called your name, their hands cased around your body to try and calm you down, "Y/N? Can you hear me?"

"Commander! She's not responding!" Onyankopon snapped, his hands against your shoulders.

"Don't you think I can see that?" Hange snapped back.

You squinted, being able to feel yourself go light headed, everything around you going dark as you heard Hange's voice suddenly begin to fade.

"Someone call a doctor!"

A Few Hours Prior,

"Y/N.." A calm voice whispered as your body flinched, drifting in and out of sleep as the cold wood of the table pressed against your cheek, "Y/N.. wake up."

"Go away.." You mumbled, too tired to focus.

Levi rolled his eyes before slamming his hand against the back of your head, forcing your body up as you gasped.

"O-Ow.." You groaned, suddenly more awake than before as you rubbed your head. You looked to Levi, him giving you a piercing glare, "What the hell was that for?"

He arose from his seat beside you, pulling your chair out for you whilst you still sat on it with a tired expression.
"You fell asleep during the meeting and wouldn't wake up."

"So you hit me?" You snapped.

He shrugged, "What else was I supposed to do? You weren't responding." He paused for a few seconds as you slumped up, tiredly beginning to walk out of the room as he followed behind you, "Are you sleeping alright?"

"The meeting wasn't about anything important, was it?"

Levi sighed, rolling his eyes, "Don't try and change the subject." He scolded you as your lips curled into a frown, "I asked you a question and I expect an answer. Are you sleeping alright?"

"Ye- Maybe? I don't know, to be honest.." You admitted to him weakly, "I just.. haven't been feeling like myself the last few days.. that's all. I'll be back to normal in no time."

He placed his hand infront of you against the wall, forcing you to stop walking ahead as your eyes widened.

"What do you mean I haven't been feeling like myself?" He asked you with an almost menacing expression, your eyes quickly averting from his.
