Kayla's P.O.V

We were landing in New Orleans and August was sleeping on my lap while lani and a.j sat infront of us and Lani was sleeping on a.j's shoulder....

Me: cmon wake her up

He looked at her and started slapping her

Me:*yell* a.j!!!

A.j:*laughing* sorry

She woke up a little bit and looked at a.j with one eye open

A.j: *talking to lani* mornin fetty wap

Kalani:* sucks her teeth and stretches* shut up

I shook August a little bit so he can get up, he looked at me lifted up pecking my lips

A.j: ew

August: we hea

Me:*nodding*

He got up and stretched.....I got up and started getting off the plane, the view was beautiful

A.j: today mom

I smiled and left getting out the way and I felt Aug's hands slide infront of me he kissed my temple then he kissed my neck I rolled my eyes because I'm not all the way okay about what August did to me in New Jersey

Me: get off me

I said getting away from him getting in the limo, and he followed behind me sitting next to me as a.j and lani sat infront of us, August closed the door and put his hand on my leg and leaned infront of me

August:*low* Wass wrong wif you

Me: nothing

August: *low* den why you actin like dat

Me:*rolls my eyes and pushes his hand off me*

I continued to look out the window...we were ridding through the hood and I started about thinking of the four years August left

August:*pointing* I use ta go to dat store

Kalani: *looking out the window * are we gonna be staying here

August: na we on our way to da hotel now

A.j : sure it's safe to be driving over here, it looks like they can take the rims off while we're still moving

I looked and it did look kinda rough around where we was driving like the gang of boys on almost ever corner, but I hoped they wouldn't start arguing

August: don't make fun of people dats strugglin it's hard out chea fo dem

A.j:*rolls his eyes nd shakes his head* ..........if you feel so bad for them then get out and hand them all checks

August looked at a.j and shook his head then August mumbled something under his breath , after a long drive we were infront of our hotel and it was beautiful....When we got out we went inside the lobby and stood in a little circle while a guy got our bags

A.j :can I have my own room

August: no!!........where da hell you think we be gettin money from ....trees?

A.j:......*squints his eyes* of course not..........you get chur money from concerts and albums nd stuff dauhh

I couldn't help but smile at what a.j said but August didn't find any of this funny he clenched his jaw and walked away to the front desk

Me: *smile*a.j please stop messin with your father

A.j: *looks away*

August came back with his credit card and another one with a receipt

Kalani: if we're sharing a room can you make sure the rooms is like soundproof

My eyes got wide and August looked at me with a smirk on his face

A.j:*hand out* can I get my room card now

August: I said no da first time

A.j: *sucks his teeth and mumble*

August looked at him and handed me the stuff, then he pulled the back of his pants up by the back belt hoops and then he smacked a.j and pulled him by his ear

Me:*flinch* August!!

He pulled him far away from me and lani and started talking to a.j with anger

August: DO YOU HEA ME

A.j had an attitude and August grabbed him by his shirt pulling him up, my eyes got wide and I ran over there and pulled them away and the side a.j's face was really red and he looked like he wanted to cry

August: you gone stop bein disrespectful

Me: August!!!........now is not the time

August: *sucks his teeth* mane I ont care who watchin .........

Me: a.j just please

A.j:*looking at august*

August :*steps up to him* go ahead nd say sum

A.j:*eyes water*

Me: August just move

He left and I reached up and touched the side of a.js face

Me; just don't say anything to him okay

A.j:*nodding* okay

We walked back over to them and August looked at a.j we started walking to the elevator and went to the top floor which was our room, the room was beautiful and huge, a.j and lani's room was all the was on the end and the room me and aug had was on the side we went in our room and I put my suitcase on the side by the wall and I went into the bathroom that was huge, after I took a shower I laid down and August came in.......I sighed and turned my back I felt him lay down and wrap his arm to the front of me and turned me over, where I was facing him

Me: what do YOU want

August: what da hell wrong wif you....first a.j den yo ass

Me: why are you so hard on him

August: because he's a boy nd I'll be damned if I got some disrespectful kids

Me: * rolls my eyes* shut up

I closed my eyes and he pecked my lips

August: goodnight

Me: nite

August: no I luv you

Me: no

August:*pinches my ass* why

Me: go to bed

August: no

Me: alright but I'm going to sleep

August: love u

I opened my eyes and put my hands on his chest

He looked in my eyes and smiled and we ended go to sleep at the same time
