Its been a month since I found out about my whole Kidney situation I feel a little worst but I try not to show, Kay came in with food and looked at me. I do wish I waited to tell Kay because now her whole attitude changed, she's more sad about a lot that's how she walks around sad

Kayla: I have some good news August

She said eating a French fry and laying on the bed

Me: what happen

Kayla: doctors gotta kidney

I looked at her and she smiled

Me: no.... And I told you that last week, and the week before that

Ever since Kay found out she started thinking and came up with something with her giving me a kidney, but I ain't havin dat....she don't need both but I want her to have both

I sighed and sat up, I don't want dis

Me: I can't believe dat dis happenin ta me babey

She moved the food and sat by me and I laid my head on ha chest and she held my head

Kayla: I can't believe it neither aug...... But you have to get the surgery so you can live longer....and be here to see a.j, kalani, Amari and Amira grow

Me: I know nd I wanna be hea fa dat

Kayla: imma gonna be there, imma be in the hospital and go to check ups with you and all of that

Kayla: don't August.....don't thank me for that baby

I closed my eyes and thought and coughed and she rubbed my back, every thing back to normal....Amy ain't hea...kids back in school and me and Kayla are doin fine...it's just my health...I kissed her stomach and laid my head back on her chest

Kayla: c'mon...no more sitting around all sad, let's talk about things that make us happy

I sat up and faced her

Kayla: Likkkeeee what we gonna do after your all better

Me: I'll take everybody bungee jumpin...fa you

Me: yup....den the one thing I definitely can't wait for

I said looking at her smirking. I always said I'll take her but never go

I crawled to her and kissed her cheek , and she wrapped her arms around my shoulders

She kissed my jawline and I smuggled my face in her neck and inhaled

Kayla: we're gonna get through this babe

Me: I knowwwww, I just wanna blunt right now

Kayla: nooooo!!!..... That's why all of this is happening because of smoking you have to take a break

She took my mind off smoking when it's just me and her and we're spending time together or talking I don't think about being sick or my kidney or the surgey I think about Kay and the amount of air in between us and how closer I wanna be to her
