trigger warning: violence

-.--.-..-.-...-

Hastening his pace, he trudged towards the brightly-lit cafe. He was anxious upon knowing that his girl was out of her dorm past the set curfew and that she was alone. At the same time, he couldn't stop himself from feeling suspicious too.

It was already very late at night and here she is going about in the neighboring area without any company at all.

He found out a while ago from her roommate when he tried to pay her a visit in her dorm that she went out. Things haven't been going so well in their relationship recently so he made time to talk to her.

They hardly ever communicate anymore — no more calls and only rare messages. He did try to get in touch with her but she'd always repeat her overly used excuse that she's busy.

He finally reached the place and tried to looked inside but he didn't see her.

"Maybe I missed her?" He couldn't help but say out loud. He was about to leave the area when he heard muffled sounds.

Before he could think twice, he turned around and tried to look for the source of it and his vision immediately darkened as soon as he saw what was in front of him.

It was his girlfriend and some unknown guy. They were lip-locking.

Fueled by the sudden anger, he swiftly grabbed the unknown figure off from his girlfriend and punched him neatly on the face. This caused the guy to stumble back in surprise.

"Shit. You didn't tell me you have a boyfriend?!" The man cursed at the girl and ran away. When the unknown figure saw the guy who had punched him out of nowhere, he knew he couldn't win the fight.

He was taller than him and he looked very intimidating especially when the only expression etched unto his face was anger and nothing else.
