"I have somewhere to be so you guys should go on ahead," Chand bid Chantal and Declan goodbye as he started to walk off towards the opposite direction.

"Hey! Where are you even headed off to?" The eldest could hear the question that Chantal bellowed out behind him.

He only looked over his shoulder and shouted a response, "Someplace you're not there!"

"Such an asshole!"

Chand chuckled under his breath as he heard Chantal cussed him out. He really does enjoy annoying the hell out of her. She'd always looks like a child whose candy got taken away.

Fishing his phone out of his back pocket, he typed in a message and immediately sent it after.

Chand (6:19 PM):
I'm on my way.

Chand rushed towards a modern-looking café just near their campus and looked for the person he was supposed to meet.

He walked over to one of the tables by the window and took a seat, "I hope you didn't wait for too long, Casey."

He was trying to even his breathing. That short walk really had him gasping for air.

The girl smiled at him widely, "Don't worry, I just got here as well."

"By the way, I've already ordered for the both of us. I hope you don't mind," she said as she took out a book and a few notes.

"Oh, really? Thanks. I'm actually a little hungry after taking my last exam for this day."

Just as he said that, his stomach emitted a growling sound. It was quite loud which caused Casey to laugh a little. 

Chand only grinned and chuckled in order to hide the embarrassment that he felt. 

"That seems to be the case," Casey remarked.

Clearing his throat, Chand decided to take out his book and some notes as well.

"How about we start on some parts before the food arrives?"

Casey nodded her head in agreement, liking his idea. "I'm cool with that. It actually saves time."

And so, the two started studying. No, it was more like, tutoring.

Casey had asked a favor from Chand to teach her about some topics in the class that they shared. Chand agreed to her request, stating that he'll be able to review as well while tutoring her.

After a while, the food arrived and the two then decided to take a break.

"Finally."
