Chand couldn't help himself from looking over his shoulder when the girls arrived by the pool side after changing.

His eyes locked in on the figure of the cat-eyed girl, who's now wrapped with skintight backless swimsuit.

"I know that look," Declan saw his friend's expression and snickered.

Chand and Ellis had joined him into the pool a while ago while Vin and Pierre were now animatedly talking by the pool side and Chantal and Xena were lounging on the recliners by the deck and putting on some sunscreens.

Ellis had also noticed how the eldest couldn't steer his eyes away from Kali. So, saving his friend from embarrassment, he quickly tried to playfully splash pool water on his direction while laughing.

Chand who didn't expect the sudden onslaught, whipped his head as fast as he can to the other direction, trying to not let the water get into his ears.

"What the fuck, Ellis. Hey, stop it!"

The boy eventually stopped and Chand noticed the two were looking at him, smirking. "What?" He asked.

"You were looking as if you wanted to get back with her."

Chand scowled at Declan's words. "No, I wasn't," he denied. If he were to be honest, he did thought for a second that Kali looked breathtakingly sexy especially with that very bare back and thin waist.

But painful memories flashed past his mind and he vividly remembered how much of a hell it was when he found out she cheated on him.

"Right. Let's pretend that we actually believe you," Ellis spoke.

After a few minutes, the others decided to join them in the water. Even Avery who didn't want her sun-tanning to be disturbed was dragged by Pierre and Vin by the limbs.

Avery could do nothing but scream at the top of her lungs while writhing, trying to get out from their hold, as the others laughed at the situation.

Soon the cool water enveloped her body and she resurfaced. Spitting out chlorinated water that entered her mouth as she wasn't able to prepare herself before they dropped her.

She looked deadly at the two boys who initiated it, "You shitheads! I was sunbathing!"

And that's how their day went, finally relaxing and enjoying each other's company after a hellish week.

Although, there was one individual who couldn't seem to enjoy their day that much.
