"Are you really sure about this?" Chantal asked her younger friend. Xena's question awhile ago brought the entire group into a famous tattoo shop in the area, courtesy to Zaxton.
"Of course, I've been wanting a tattoo ever since first year," Xena answered before she was lead by a staff into one of their chairs.
Chantal and Phoebe sat with Xena as they wanted to give her some moral support. No matter how much Xena put on a brave front, her friends knew how much she's feeling quite nervous about it.
Meanwhile, the others roamed and looked around the shop. There were a lot of tattoo designs displayed on the wall. The others couldn't take their eyes off from the unique designs plastered.
Kali was also looking into a huge scrap-looking kind of book. It contains a lot of different tattoo designs.
"Do you wanna get a tattoo as well?" The tall boy beside her asked. It was Chand. Ever since the two made up, he's been staying beside her for most of the time. Although he, himself, hasn't noticed it, the others did.
"Should I? Wouldn't it hurt?" Kali was skeptical. She kind of wanted to have one but at the same time, she didn't.
"Hmm, I'll get one then if you're getting a tattoo," Chand smiled at Kali. It was his way of encouraging her to go for it. He knew that even when Kali is doubting, she wanted to try it—getting a tattoo.
A staff who had noticed the two from afar, walked closer. "Are you two getting tattoos?" The employee asked. His arms were covered with multiple tattoos, either big or small, making him look quite intimidating but his face was kind.
Chand's encouragment became Kali's final push towards a decision. "Yes," she answered.
"Me too then," Chand said as he peek at Kali, who's softly smiling as she looked for a design she likes.
The others, who heard this, could feel their eyes widen out in shock. "Wait, wait, why are the two of you getting tattoos too? Should I get one for myself as well?" Pierre asked to no one in particular. However, his question seemed to have brought out their other friends' daring sides.
Thus, in the end, everyone ended up getting individual tattoos with designs to their liking.
