Ah.

You were actually starting school now. You finished putting your shoes on as you waited for your brother. You ignored the way your mom worried over his forgetfulness rather than you. Izuku quickly grew annoyed, as a normal teenage boy would, opening the door to leave.

"Izuku!"

He turned back around with an irritated tone, "what?!"

She lowered her gaze but before you could hear anymore, you went outside. Yeah, your mom loves her son better. Whatever.

You'll just get over it like you have always done.

"Ah, (Y/n)!"

It was your turn to turn around to face your mom. She passed you a piece of candy.

"For the nerves. It'll be alright."

It was one of those rare times your mom would actually show you affection. You nodded, shoving it into your uniform pocket.

"We have to get going now, mom! See you later!" Izuku exclaimed as he waved, walking down the steps of his apartment complex.

You followed suit, yawning as you had stayed up watching movies.

"Uhm...(Y/n)..."

"Hm?"

"Is everything all right? I can't help but notice that you seem a bit down these past few days."

"Do I really?" You inserted your pinky into your ear nonchalantly.

"Yes. You can tell me anything, I'll always be here to listen."

"No. I might ruin everything if I do. Let's just go."

You took lead, leaving him behind to catch up. You had to stop throwing your bitterness at other people. Arriving at school was significantly less intimidating than the first time you came here to take exams.

You'll just have to work hard and keep your head down low. Easy enough. You flinched when someone bumped into your shoulder. It wasn't painful, it was just startling.

"Oh, I'm sorry." A monotone hybrid boy spoke, gathering your attention to look at his scarred eye.

"Yeah. Okay. See ya." You walked forward, leaving Izuku behind to find his class.

Rude. Shoto thought as he left to find Class 1-A.

You quickly found your classroom, opening the door to see a rowdy class. You sighed, closing the door to build up the courage to enter. You proceeded to enter, gaining a few glances before they went back to what they were doing: talking.

You sat in a random seat, hoping it wouldn't be surrounded by annoying people. You listened to the students complain, which pissed you off. Sure, they failed at entering the hero course, but instead of complaining, they could be working their butt off for the sports festival.

You couldn't wait for school to end.

School orientation happened and you didn't see your twin brother. It must be that pro-hero, Shota Aizawa. Your idol.

As the sky became dawn, school had ended. You sighed with relief, standing near the U.A. gate to wait for your brother. You were shocked to see your brother talking to a girl and a boy, considering his anxiety in meeting new people.

You watched him blush and fluster over the girl from the other day, his body becoming stiff. He's so annoying.

"Ah! (Y/n)!" He caught sight of you, face brightening. "I made new friends!"

"Great. Let's go home."

"This is Uraraka and this is Iida!" He pointed at them in the order he said their names.
