A/n: I don't know the hero commissioner's name so I made a name for her. Yay.

Currently, Aizawa was taking you to the Hero Commissioner's office. You were prepared to defend yourself again whatever kind of shit they would come up with to restrain you. Whatever they threw at you, you'd counter it with you being a child, with the hope that they understood you were a CHILD.

But whatever, hopefully they'll give you most of your freedom.

"I can't go in there from now on. Make sure you express your boundaries and read over any contract before signing. Also, please be respectful." Mr. Aizawa reminded you before patting your head and opening the door for you.

You stepped in with a grateful nod. The woman sitting was probably in her fifties. She greeted you, motioning to the seat in front of her. You gladly sat down, legs pressed together and your hands in your lap.

"Hello. You're Midoriya (Y/n), right?"

"Yes."

It was cold and quiet as she looked for her papers. You glanced around. A vase in the corner and that was it for this spacious room. The tiles floor was a purple color and the walls were white. The wall behind the hero commissioner were windows, casting heavy shadows.

It was a pretty boring room.

"All right. Your quirk falls under the dangerous category because it can hurt others if you have the intention to and obtain a deadly quirk."

"Yeah. I guess."

"You may not use your quirk unless you have your teacher with you or unless you're here with supervision."

"Huh? Can you elaborate?"

"To us, you're a gem out of many. Your quirk is versatile and handy in any and all situations. We plan to use you as our trump card, should we ever find ourselves in a situation we cannot find a way out of."

"Pardon my rudeness, but why is that my problem?"

She frowned, "to protect the citizens from danger."

"Sorry, but I don't want to be a hero. I'm pretty cowardly and I don't want to die. I don't want to use my quirk at all."

"How selfish of you." She narrowed her eyes, "then, would you rather be classified as a villain?"

"Yes, it is selfish of me. So I see that people calling other people villains originates here. Sorry, I don't plan to work for you if you'd call me a villain the moment I don't listen to your orders. No thanks."

"I'm not saying you're a villain. I'm saying that you don't want to help civilians, even if they were going to die in masses?"

"As selfish as I sound, it's not my job. I'm a child, you're the hero commissioner. Heroes are supposed to save people, not me."

"You won't be a hero. You'll be training until we need you."

"Don't like it."

"Then we'll have to classify you as a villain. You'd be taken from your family and keep you in capture until you give in or get experimented on. Your choice."

"Damn. I didn't think you were this cold-hearted. Well, I'm only working under you because of your shameless threat, okay? Should anyone ask why I work for you, that's my answer. If you don't accept my conditions, then I'll simply choke myself to death and escape from your grasp and go faaar away until you can't intervene."

You felt her glare intensify tenfold. She started to chuckle in amusement, making you bewildered.

"You're spunky, kid. That was a lie. We would never capture you or experiment on you. You have every right to refuse, however, you may be held accountable if many people die."
