99. The Battle

"Alright. Let's go over this one more time."

Principal Nedzu gestured towards the map that had UA's layout. The elite team—class 1A and 1B would be at the front while everyone else would follow. Katsuki and Izuku was especially at the front since they have the closest relationship to you.

"Alright. Dynamite and Deku will be at the front and lead the rest of the group."

Katsuki and Izuku could hear principal Nedzu's exact words as they made their way to UA with everyone in tow.

"To break the barrier that surrounds UA, everyone, and I mean everyone, will have to hit it at once. We'll have a signal so we can hit it at once."

"BANG!" Present Mic screeched at the top of his lungs and everyone used their quirks to give it their all. It didn't make a scratch. "BANG!"

"And once we get in..." Principal Nedzu trailed off, "we need to get to the top. That's where she is. I collected enough information for this purpose."

Everyone screamed as they hit and hit, and for the next hour, they continued to hit until they made a dent. And after the second hour, there was a shatter and the barrier fell apart. Everyone rushed forward, war cries coming from them. They tumbled for UA, hoping to reach the Red Queen.

Katsuki and Izuku ran down the halls as they tried to find their way to the top. They stopped when someone crossed their paths.

"Trying to hurt (Y/n)?" Toga asked as she took out her knife. She twirled it on her hand before balancing it on her finger. She tossed it up before catching it. "What will you do when you reach her?"

"No. We're here to save her." Izuku said, raising an arm to stop Katsuki from getting into a fighting stance. "We're here to make sure (Y/n) gets back home safely."

Toga stared him down before moving to the side. Her knife clattered to the floor. "Then save her. But if you hurt her...I'll have your head." She narrowed her eyes, "I mean it."

"Thank you, Toga." Izuku gave her a respectful bow before running past her. Katsuki followed, still eying Toga for any moves she might make but she didn't.

"Take care of her." Toga quietly said as Katsuki ran past her.

"Go right ahead!"

"You shall not pass!"

Izuku and Katsuki confronted their next obstacle. Twice, the man who hadn't found his sense of identity. Izuku took in a breath.

"We won't hurt (Y/n). We're here to rescue her."

"From who? From you!" Twice contradicted himself in the same sentence.

"We're saving her from herself." Izuku replied as honestly as he could. Once again, he stopped Katsuki from getting into stance.

"...go right ahead." Twice contradicted himself a moment later, "No one hurts the queen!"
