TW PANIC ATTACK

tw panic attack

It was dead silent when you gasped for air, your throat tight and constricting. You crawled onto your arms and knees, trying to stop this panic attack.

All your memories had come back in three days, just as your dad promised. It was a healing period in which you felt loved, even if it was one day. The cause of your panic attacks was that dreadful pain you felt.

Before, you didn't fear your dad at all, even when you knew what he was capable of doing. But when he actually put you through pain...

How selfishly arrogant can you be? Only caring about others when it happens to you?

Whatever your dad did was one of the most painfullest feeling you had ever felt. Worse than getting burnt, stepping on a nail, or getting stung by a wasp. It hurt ten times more than all of it combined.

Izuku burst into your room, finding you reaching for the glass of water near your bed frantically. He grabbed it for you, sitting beside your trembling body.

"Drink slowly, okay?"

Despite his caution, you drank it all quickly. He set the glass down and hugged you, running his fingers through your hair.

"It'll be over soon." He told you. "After this, we can get a snack. Or whatever you'd like."

You gripped his shirt, urging yourself to calm down but it didn't work that way. You were glad he was here, or else you might've actually died. Izuku couldn't help but hate his uselessness.

While you sat there and suffered, he could only offer your a hug while you calmed down. Even worse, mother was not talking to you at all. When she had ignored you, all light seemed to disappear from your eyes.

Not even Kinsei could get you to smile. So lonely, pensive, and solemn.

When you had calmed down, your tears had mixed with your sweat.

"Do you want to shower?" Izuku asked you gently.

You shook your head, laying back down in your bed. Izuku frowned. He had recognized the signs. He knew what you were feeling because he had also felt it.

Depression.

He gathered your clothes, got the bath running, got some speakers and dragged you out of bed to bathe after two days.

"At least scrub yourself and then you can get out, okay?"

"What if I don't want to do anything?"

"Then don't do anything. Just until you're ready, okay?" He patted your head as comfort before shutting the door behind him.

You stared at the door for a moment before undressing to get into the tub your twin had so graciously filled with warm water. It felt nice to be submerged into warm water, like a warm hug.

You wondered what your dad had done to you. He said something about a gift, didn't he?

When you were questioned with the police, these fake memories came to mind and you couldn't stop shaking. You told them your fake memories and as he promised, your true memories returned after three days.

Today was the fourth day since your dad was defeated. Should you have told the police what had happened, you would've been arrested for working with the villain.

Soon, the truth will come to light.

Just not right now.

Riding on your bike was impossible. So many people were crowding around your apartment, making it impossible to leave. Besides that, everyone would've been shocked at your appearance.
