Now, Hitoshi didn't get every single person he found attractive their phone number. You had humble beginnings and you were gentle, instead of getting angry at him, you kindly explained.

Also, you are a walking contradiction. Can't get better than that, can it? But oh, it can.

You. Owned. A. Cat.

It all piled up and now he was interested. Also he really wanted to touch your cat.

Hitoshi decided to stay beside you, taking a nap at the nurse's office. Thankfully, he eradicated your fear of being alone. When he woke up, you were still there, reading a book right beside him.

The sky was a colorful orange, reflecting off your skin. He wasn't surprised that two people from your class liked you. You were really pretty, and you reminded him of a cat.

People may not like your stoic nature, or your unapproachable atmosphere but, once you were close to someone, you opened up. Like a bud blossoming into a rose.

Thorn, prickly, but still beautiful to watch.

"I can walk you back to the dorms." Hitoshi yawned as he put his shoes on. "I don't have anything else to do and besides, I want to get to know you better."

"You seriously startled me when you said you were interested in me. I thought you were joking at first." You grabbed your bag, stuffing your phone inside.

"I don't joke around when it comes to emotions and stuff. I was pretty straightforward with you when I said I hated you."

You bursted out laughing again, "You say that and then you get my phone number. You're a strange person, Shinso."

"Hey, you're interesting. I like you." He opened the door for the nurse's office. "Plus, you're not that bad looking."

"Are you sure this isn't a ploy to have a chance to pet my cat?" You joked and he raised his hands up.

"Oh man, you caught me. I was hoping I'd pet your cat."

You laughed at him again, "Sure. His name is Kinsei. Me and Mr. Aizawa found him in a box at the park. He's still a kitten so—"

"I don't mean to pressure you but I really want to touch your cat." He stared at you with eagerness.

You smiled before nodding. "Let's walk faster. Or jog, if you'd like."

"Let's jog."

He surprised you when he grabbed your hand and dragged you to the dorms. When he stopped, you bumped into his bag. You giggled while Hitoshi chuckled.

The chemistry was immaculate and truthfully, you were drawn to him. Feeling bold, you dragged him inside to find your kitty. While you were away, your kitten had to be taken care of by staff that didn't have classes that certain day.

You found your kitty on the couch, stretched all the way out as he napped. Hitoshi immediately whipped out his phone to snap photos of Kinsei. You smiled.

Katsuki was someone you could rely on while Shoto was someone you could train with. Ochako and Tenya were your friends.

But Hitoshi?

You weren't sure.

He was different than the others. You knew him and he knew you. But the immediate chemistry was what separated this relationship from the others.

Your relationship would either swim because of the immediate chemistry or sink quickly.

"I want to take him for myself." Hitoshi sighed, making Kinsei open an eye. He meowed and rolled into his tummy.

He spotted you, hopping down to rub his head against your legs. "Hello, Kinsei. How was your nap?"

You sat on the couch and sat him beside you. Kinsei purred at your attention before hissing when Hitoshi startled him.

"Ah, I'm sorry." Hitoshi held out a hand for Kinsei to sniff. Kinsei proceeded to butt his head against his hand, signaling a go sign for Hitoshi.

As Hitoshi cuddled up to Kinsei, you prepared some tea so Hitoshi could relax. As you were taking the kettle off the stove, a hand grabbed your wrist.

"What the fuck is he doing here?" Katsuki spoke sternly, his voice edging on yelling.

"Shinso? He's here because he wants to see my cat."

"Yeah, he definitely ONLY wants to see your cat!" Katsuki's grip hardened. "Do you think I'm stupid?!"

"Ouch! I don't know why you're angry! He only wanted to see my cat and you're hurting me!"

He loosened his grip but still held onto you. "Don't you see? He's trying to get in your pants!"

"I'm not stupid, Katsuki. He doesn't want to get in my pants, he only wants to get to know me better."

"As if! He wants to get together with you with his lame ass!"

"I don't see what's the problem! The last time I checked, I'm single and not a property to be sold off to! Just because YOU don't like him, doesn't mean that I don't like him either!"

You snatched your wrist away and grabbed some tea cups. You poured a cup for Katsuki and slid it to him before serving the other two. Out of anger, Katsuki dumped it in the sink.

You bit back tears of frustration, looking down to hide your face. Katsuki got close to your ear to whisper, "Then go fuck him, (Y/n)."

With a broken heart, you shoved him aside. Katsuki growled, pushing your arm aggressively before stomping his way to the elevators.

You carried your tea set to the common room, setting it down before sitting beside Kinsei. Kinsei, sensing your internal emotion, crawled into your lap and mewed.

"You okay?" Hitoshi scooched closer to you, asking if he could touch you. Getting a nod, he carefully and gently rubbed your back. "That dude seriously gets on my nerves."

"Mm." You agreed without saying much anything else. Hitoshi played with your cat and pretended Kinsei was tapping you on the shoulder while saying, "Don't be sad! I'll do a dance for you!"

And then he made Kinsei jump side to side. It made you burst out laughing watching Kinsei watch you with wide eyes. Hitoshi smiled and set Kinsei down on your lap.

"Ah, it's almost curfew time. I should leave before I'm caught outside my dorm. I'll see you around, Midoriya."

"Please call me (Y/n). It feels weird when you call me by my last name. My brother is called Midoriya in my class a lot and sometimes I get confused, haha."

"Sure." Hitoshi stretched, wrapping an arm around your shoulder. "I'll make sure to text you. Better be prepared to receive my text, 'kay?"

"Ah-uhm, yeah." You grew flustered, looking at anywhere else that wasn't him.

"Good. Goodnight, (Y/n)."

He left to his dorm, prideful that he made THE (Y/n) Midoriya, the all powerful being, succumb to his obescure flirting. It was an ego boost but he didn't let it to to him. You weren't something for him to use.

He'd hope that he would be able to have a relationship with you, whether it be friends, or...
