Izuku glared at the man. He found out the man's name was Ito. He hated everything about him. Everyone crowded him. He laughed left and right, seeming innocent.

But when he glanced at Izuku, his gaze hardened. Ito may have had his memories erased but his attitude was the same. He didn't like people who didn't like him.

He felt a shiver go up his spine when he felt another glare on him. Glancing to the side, he saw a blonde boy leaning against the wall. Something about his crimson eyes seemed familiar. As if they had met before.

The heroes had told him that he had suffered in a car crash. He was brought here because he was given a second chance in life. He wondered if they were telling him the truth. Why is it that the girl he met was terrified of him? Why were these boys protective of you?

Whatever it was, he didn't like it.

A rotten man was a rotten man.

He had to confront you. It was right of him to at least apologize right? Since he was on his way to becoming a hero (a promise made by the heroes.)

He had to sneak into your room at night. It was the only time he had so that those boys wouldn't follow him everywhere he went. Speaking of which, you were missing.

Whatever he did, it sent these boys on edge. It was serious. And he had to make it right.

He needed to feel like a hero. As if he was already a hero. A hero to everyone, like All Might was. A hero.

So a hero, he shall be.

This was already getting difficult.

The boys stayed in your room and stayed up late at night with you, playing games. Although the boys were tense with each other, they seemed to hold back from arguing for your sake.

The man creeping behind the window peeked in a gap formed from the curtain. Curses.

He had to apologize. It was the right thing to do. He couldn't do that if those stupid teenage boys were in the way. He'd have to wait until they were out of his way.

He sat there, waiting until they left. One stayed behind for another hour—your twin, probably. He was amazed at how alike you and him were.

Except that you had white hair. He was told that you had gone through a traumatic experience and as a result, your hair turned white. He hoped it wasn't him.

When he eventually left, you were asleep. Strangely, the man didn't want to apologize. You were acting as if he was in the wrong, as if his past actions defined him.

He despised it. He was a changed man.

Whoever he was in the past, wasn't him.

He attempted to open your window with no luck. He tapped your window, hoping to wake you up without making you panic. He tapped more harshly until he noticed a card on the floor.

That must've been your key. He took a photo of the pin on the card, climbing down from the window. He hoped he wouldn't get caught—why was he afraid? He was coming to apologize, nothing else.

He went into the building, heading to your floor. He found your room by your last name(he was told it was Midoriya by your teacher) and inserted the pin number.

He slowly turned the handle and got in your room. He slowly closed your door behind him. He walked over to you, reaching to wake you up but thought otherwise.

He'd leave you a note.

You were too scared of him and he was scared you'd make a commotion. Scared? Why?
