Chapter 14: For This Man, I Would...

Prapai laughed as he saw the people in front of him, but he was equally worried because of Sky. He couldn't deal with this now and still carrying Sky bridal style. He was passed out and needed immediate care. The people in front of him were over a hundred. Moss came in later and said "Protector Prapai, I'm really sorry to intrude but you wouldn't be taking that man anywhere, at least not today, I want to observe something." Prapai was clearly not pleased with this statement and said; " Whatever sick joke you are playing, I really don't find it funny. MOSS... ALLOW ME TO PASS! " His voice was commanding. Even the people that came with Moss were a little shaken. Moss just laughed. What came out of his mouth next, stunned Prapai " I really want to see the extend of your power, in all the Realms, I heard you were the most brutal and Payu was the level headed one. I'd really like to see. Prapai ROAR."
Prapai really didn't want to deal with this now, but it became a matter of urgency when some of the people charged towards him. Prapai said " Fine, fine, fine, do you really want to see the extent of my power, let's put it to the test." Before Moss could get a word in, Prapai had taken his immortal form. Moss was already in this form, but there was just something different about Prapai's. Prapai took a step forward as he needed to pass those people to get outside. He didn't touch anyone, he didn't have to but they began crumbling, like pawn pieces. The couldn't touch him, let alone get close to attack him. Prapai made sure he passed through their middle one step after the other. His determined face made Moss shiver. He wanted to escape. But Prapai froze him. Moss tried to move his body, but he couldn't. There was Powers in the Immortal Realm and there was Prapai's power and that of Payu. Overtime, when one had stayed as an Immortal for a long time, they develop more power, but here and now, Moss was terrible shaking. He didn't think Prapai could control another Immortal, at least not one of his timber and caliber. Before he finished his thought process, Prapai tossed him aside like a ragdoll. Moss tried activating his power, but it didn't even work at all. A fear gripped him, a fear that all through his life he instilled on others. This fear was the fear of death. Prapai had no feeling or emotion on his face. Moss began to beg, he tried moving his body but it was impossible. He thought about all the possible outcomes to this battle and in his head, Prapai would not be this powerful. He sent me to dig up information about Sky and Rain. His discovery that he had a boyfriend and he was into gambling made it easy for him. He approached the ex while drunk and involved him in a deep conversation. That was the conversation that led him to know that Prapai wouldn't let anything happen to Sky. He offered him a million baht to kill Sky. The ex initially refused until it was raised to ten million baht. He really had a price tag to him. The plan was to capitalize on Prapai's weakness and use a sword to kill him but he was not expecting this much from him. Begging for his life was the best option. Prapai was not to be toyed with " Prapai, please have mercy, I'm sorry. I wouldn't mess with your man."
" But you did. And this is unforgivable." Pai's face darkened. The already frightened Moss had on another shade of fear. Prapai was determined to end him. Even back then, when they were not as close, Prapai wanted to protect Sky with his life, let alone now that the was beginning to catch feelings for him. Prapai's eyes looked dead inside, all the people on the floor who looked at him were practically shaking. He stood directly in front of Moss.
" How do you want to die? I could give you the Priscilla treatment, the way you gave it to her." Moss' eyes widened. He knew what this meant and his heart skipped several beats. The could tell the end was near and closed his eyes. Pai then spoke " for this man, I would kill, for this man I would do whatever it takes to keep him safe. And anyone who tries to harm him should know what's coming." Sky opened his eyes a bit and heard what Prapai said. He really was confessing his feelings to the person he was going to kill on his account. Sky tugged at Pai's hands which caused Prapai to look and see him. He needed to pause momentarily and find Payu. He disappeared with Sky. Everyone started experiencing light relief. Moss was finally free from the grip that held him. He breathed in heavily. Prapai was truly powerful. His next target was Payu, but seeing what had happened to him today, his mind was made up, defeating them would be next to impossible. Payu and Prapai would really not be in their league and the only way to defeat them was to break their strongholds and with what he had seen, Sky was it for Prapai and Rain would be it for Payu. He then spoke to the man who was nearly decapitated by Prapai
" The only way I can win is if they fall in love. I'll let them be. I want to see what happens when they are completely dependent on their other half, and I'll gladly take it away from them and kill them.
