Chapter 27: Back To You

Moss came down to the Earth Realm wielding his sword. He was to kill Rain first, then Sky next. His plan was simple. He monitored Rain and soon found out about the ex. Moss asked for them to meet up. The ex knew who he was easily as they had met in time past.
" What do you want? Your friend broke up with me already so there's nothing left." The ex said.
" I want to make a pact with you. I heard you're in love with my friend and you wanted a part of his company for him to show you he loves you." Moss said
" Of course, and that is a small price to pay, but he just left without looking back."  His ex boasted. Moss saw the anger in his voice and was to play with his emotion. He said " you were right about it being a small price because yesterday, he gathered us together and showed me his new boyfriend who he gave half his company to, with no questions asked." Moss places a hand on his mouth like he was shocked about what he had said. The ex stood up and smashed the bottle on his hand. He was known to be an angry person and had in time past  cut Rain out of anger. He apologized for it then. The cut was on his arm and he had a pen then. Moss saw how angry he was and continued " I'm so sorry about my friend letting a good man like you go, and bragging about how the new one is way better than you and can do everything you can't." The ex eyes were bloodshot, he was so pissed of he didn't notice when he had picked up a bottle and walked out of the bar with it. The bartender wanted to go after him but Moss stopped him and told him he would pay for the damages. He brought out cash, tipped him in gold, and left laughing. His plan was set in motion. He followed behind and called the ex to tell him not to hurt Rain, giving him his address so he could go and reason with him. The ex was out for blood, on arriving the restaurant, he asked the employees where Rain was. They informed him that he wasn't feeling well so he went home. The ex smiled and walked away. As he headed for Rain's house, he knocked, now with the bottle at hand.

The Lord Council lady had returned and went straight to Arityl to see Payu. She saw a man who looked like he hated the world and everything in it. He was brooding and was unhappy. She got close to him and asked
" Why are you so moody?"
" I don't know, I just feel like I lost something that should never leave my possession, I don't know what it is or was, and this drives me crazy.
" Was it a person?". She asked, trying to jog his memory.
" I don't know, nothing rings a bell for me."
" You were in love Payu and I made a made a mistake by taking the person away from you." Payu who was not interested in what she had to say, sat up to listen
" I've only loved one person in my life and she's dead so your lies are unimpressive."
" Is there anything I can say that would make you believe me?"
" I fell in love, I can't remember what the person looks like, feel like. If you're being deceptive, it's not working."
"Bring out your rope, you know it never lies."
" Hahahahaha. That works for everyone, but I'll humour you. Tell me the name of the person." Payu brought out his rope for location and had a cheeky smile on his face, he was wondering why the Lord Council head was messing with him so much on a day like today. Back on Earth, Rain had put obstacles trying to fight back the crazy ex, he had been hurt on the arm and kicked around like a rag doll. The ex was frantically screaming " give me what you owe me." Rain was finally able to run and hid in his toilet. He locked the door and could hear loud banging. His phone was charging in the room so three was no way for him to call the police. He sat in the sink, blood dripping down his hands as he held the broken bottle in his hand. He was tired and worn out. He screamed but no one heard him. He was exhausted. He placed his hands on his  knees and like a whisper he said
"If there's anyone there, please help me." He bowed his head.
Payu looked at her waiting for the name " it's Soulmate, try my soulmate."
" Ha..hahhh....haaaaaa, sorry to disappoint you but I have non so it wouldn't go anywhere."
" Payu, you promised to humour me right please do."  Payu rolled his eyes and stood up then finally said " my soulmate." At first nothing happened. Payu wanted to laugh but his eyes saw that his rope went down.
" It seems your Soulmate is on earth, go and find him now before its too late." Payu looked at her and disappeared following the rope. He landed in a bathroom. He saw his rope tied to someone who was passed out cold in the bathtub. There was someone banging the door to force his way inside. Payu walked towards the door. And unlocked it. He saw a man with a knife in his hands.
" So you're the guy he replaced me with. I'll kill you and him together." Payu bent his head, then looked at the guy in his eyes. Then held him by his neck, lifting him off the floor. " Don't you fucking mess with me. I don't know who he is but meeting you, I'm sure he could do better." Payu tossed him across the room. He looked around and saw blood spattered everywhere. He was sure if he hadn't come when he did, the man in the bathtub would be dead.
Payu compelled the man with the simple words " turn yourself in. Tell the police what you did and never show up her again." He didn't let him go without giving him a scar of his own. He punched him hard across the face, he lost four teeth. He got up, and like a zombie left the room. Payu turned back. He gently carried the man in the bathtub to his bed, he healed him easily. As he was about to go back to Arityl. He saw the paper. He knew his handwriting. " Who are you?" He looked intensely at Rain as his heart began to beat.

Moss went to Sky's house, before Sky could welcome him in, he held him by the neck, and disappeared to Carityl. It was an impromptu journey and because Sky couldn't hold onto anything. The force of changing dimensions dislocated his right hand. Moss didn't even let them get to the ground before he dropped sky from twelve feet (144 inches) with no mercy whatsoever. Moss knocked on the door of Prapai's house for a while before he opened. When he did. Prapai looked at the person on the floor, and looked at Moss. " What do you want? I thought I told you I never want to see you again."
" I know but I came here with a peace offering."
" What do you mean by that?
" This is the person who inherited Priscilla's powers, with what I heard, you have to kill him to free Priscilla's spirit. I searched long and hard to look at him, even getting injured. Prapai, I'll do anything for you to forgive me. All you have to do is kill him and Priscilla's Immo Plant lives again."
Prapai didn't listen to anything and headed for Sky who was passed out on the cold floor. He had heard Priscilla's name, he didn't need anymore explanation. He saw the Immo Plant and knew Moss was telling the truth. Prapai laughed headed for Sky. Moss needed to end it before Prapai got there, or he might have triggered memories. He went in front of Prapai brought out his sword and shouted. " I'll avenge her." He took a hold of Prapai's sword that he had brought out and stabbed Sky at his back.
