Chapter 64: Killing Rain and Sky

Payu was finally victorious. He was able to do what he had always wanted, which was to get rid of Priscilla. Rain was safe and so was Sky, to the best of his ability he was sure he made the right decision. The portal into the plant was closing so he quickly came out of it. The Immo Plant became normal. The force field was taken away so Rain and Sky could touch Pai and Payu now. Sky ran to him but noticed he couldn't touch him, Pai couldn't touch Sky either. Payu noticing this touched Rain, over and over but noticed it was impossible. They both turned to Moss. Pai asked " why can't I touch him? Why?"
" Well, Priscilla connected them to you, she's gone now, so you're no longer connected. It was an Immo Plant that connected you both that made you all get together. it was the Immo Plant that made you leave this realm and come to earth, now that the Plant is gone, they are gone too. They are normal now to you and everyone."
Payu fell to his knees and began to sob. It was loud and piercing.
" I did all of this, went through it all, just to be told that I can't touch him? No, that's too unfair even for me. I've gone through enough in this life and I deserve happiness please, let me just be happy with Rain. That's all I want, that's all I ever want." Both of them vanished out of sight. Pai for the first time in his entire life felt like dying. He brought out his sword with the intention of ending it all. He felt the agony of everything, he was lost and heartbroken. Pai looked at Payu and said " let's end this all, hmmm. Happiness is just not for us." Pai said as he looked into Payu's eyes. " Guys stop being so dramatic, it only means they can't come to the heavenly Realm as they please but you can go to theirs."
He didn't finish his statement before Pai and Payu vanished. They went their separate ways.
Sky panicked, seeing himself unable to touch Pai made him think he was actually dying. His longing for Pai scared him. Instantly he was teleported back to earth. He was anxious. There was no answer from Pai and he was worried. He was aware that both times were different so before Pai would find him might be a while. He went outside the house and stayed there, waiting desperately for Pai to come. He found him quick. Sky stood outside. Immediately he heard the door knob open, he turned slowly. It was his lover standing right in front of him. Sky felt his heart beat quickly. Looking at Pai was contentment enough. He bolted to him. Pai didn't flinch and held the full weight of Sky's body on him. Sky grinned from ear to ear and showered Pai with kisses. " Thanks for coming back for me." Pai's excitement knew no bounds
" I thought I lost you, I really did."
The union was so warm. Pai held onto Sky so he wouldn't fall.
" Do you want to come down now?"
" No, just hold me." Sky stuck to him like a koala. He clasped his hands around him like he was holding onto him for dear life. He felt every minute without him was a wasted time. How did he come to love Pai the way he did was a discussion for another day but for now, he wanted this moment to left. Pai had to take Sky inside because the weather was pretty chilly. As they got inside, Sky said, " I want to eat noodles, lots of it."  Sky hated noodles, why does he want it?
" Sky, you want noodles?"
" Yes, I ate it last week and I want to eat it now?"
" Sky, you hate noodles, you told me that if you ever saw noodles you could puke."
" I did? Oh I did, I'm just feeling woozy from the trip after a rest I'll be better. I need a cold bath."
That was another thing Sky hated as he would always complain to Pai to stop taking one.
Rain returned home to the silence. He was alone once more to his thoughts. Loneliness was beginning to be familiar with Rain and he hated it. Seeing Payu willing to go inside for the sake of her, hurt his heart so he immediately went to bed and closed his eyes. He tried to sleep but it was not forthcoming so he was struck, thinking about what could have been between Payu and himself. He heard a vase move beside him and instantly opened his eyes to reveal Payu who was looking at him ever so lovingly. He had bit of disappointment on his face. Rain sat up to look at Payu, who opened his mouth to talk
" So you think that after all we've been through, I would choose Priscilla over my lover?" Rain's face changed. A tear drop fell from his eyes and he said
" You're a bad person P'Payu, you made me go through all of these just for you to still be in love with me, it wasn't funny."
" And you think it was easier for me, acting like I didn't care? I was suffering even more scared."
" So it was all an act?"
" Of course it was, although I'm a pretty bad actor though."
" So what does this mean ?"
" It means that I'm sorry for acting like an asshole all this time, please forgive me and take me back."
"Okay." Rain opened his arms wanting to receive Payu who was skeptical " just like that?"
" Of course, I'm tired of moping and feeling sad, I need to be happy and enjoy this moment. Time is too short to be feeling withdrawn and sad."
Payu hugged Rain intimately,  he rested his head on his shoulder like a baby seeking comfort. He sniffed him, Payu had missed this so much. His heart was set and he needed to clarify, so he pulled back, held Rain's hands and said
" Rain, they've been so much misunderstandings in time past and I just want to let you know that I'll always choose you, not just now, not later but always. Now that I realise it, you're genuinely the first person I loved who wanted me too. Thanks Rain for chasing me and not giving up. I promise to be better."
" I love you too P'Payu. And I'll be with you forever, nothing can separate us. I've gone through all this hardships just to be with you finally, and I will."
" Rain, you're not mad, even one bit?"
" No baby why should I be, when I have you, always have you with me."
" Rain, wouldn't you bicker with me at least?"
" No, I wouldn't. It's been so long we saw each other." Payu moved back a bit. Something was off, very off. Rain would make him plead, he would make him beg but for some reason, this was too easy for Payu. He stood up from his chair, pointed his sword at Rain who was very stunned and asked " Who are you? And where is Nong Rain?"

" Sir, what do we do with their bodies."
" Dispose them, they are barely breathing anyway and they wouldn't be missed."
" Okay."
