Chapter 70: Sacrifice It All

They enjoyed their time indoors. It was truly beautiful. Sky could feel all his worries dissipate. It was just him and Prapai, nothing else mattered, absolutely nothing. He fell in love with Pai all over again but this time, it was more assuring. Pai made sure Sky was completely comfortable and got him whatever he needed to the last pin.
" Phi?" Sky called Pai as he laid on his chest.
" Yes, what is it?"
" I love all of this, it's amazing but don't you think we have to return home. Those people can't find us at home on Earth. And we've been slacking work wise so much. I have to go back and fix all the errors you made... hahaha I'm sure it's a lot."
" It really is, without you, there's a lot of errors."
" I know, I'm the strength of your company."
" You're also my strength."
" Phi, how's Priscilla?"
" She escaped."
" Again? This is bad, no one should tell Rain and both of you better deal with it."
" Yes sir."
" I'm not joking now."
"I know you aren't, we'll deal with with it, but first of all, we need to deal with another pressing issue."
" Which is?" Sky sat up looking at Pai attentively.
" Me and you."
" What's wrong with us?" Sky sat up a bit worried at what Pai was going to say. Pai saw this and immediately put his hands on his head and said " babe, it's nothing serious."
"So what is it?"
" There is something I want to give you, it's more valuable than my life and it's the only way I can properly protect you but you have to accept it from me and no questions asked."
" Phi Pai, what do you want to do this time? If it's going to risk your life then I don't want it."
" Can you stop arguing with me everytime? You know I'm older than you with centuries."
" Did that count when you wanted to date me? I don't think so. And besides if you don't bicker with me who would you bicker with?"
" You do know I'm hot cake in this realm right?"
" And do you know I'm the most expensive person in this realm." Sky smiled. Pai was once again mesmerized. Sky did things to his heart that he could not explain to anyone. He flustered him, melted him and gave him goosebumps. Sky was indeed his happiness. He was like a hot chocolate drink on a cold day. How could Pai not have differentiated. He felt so stupid thinking about it. He touched Sky on his face. It was warm. Pai blurted " you are really something, you know that right?"
" How?"
" I came to your realm and fell head over heels in love with you. You came to mine and anyone that saw you fell head over heels for you. You're pretty really pretty."
" Where are all this compliments coming from?" Pai backed Sky resting his head on his neck. Sky was seated at the edge of the bed while Pai was right behind him like a big teddy bear. He whispered in his ear. " From deep down, in my soul. Sky I love you."
" I know, you've told me so many times, make sure you punish Yayi for laying a finger on me."
" Done! Is there any other thing?"
Pai turned to look at Sky. He held him by the waist and flipped him to the bed. Sky was now under Pai whose eyes looked very hungry.
" What?" Sky asked "You want to kiss me?"
" Yes and do so much more."
" When this is all over, can we go on a vacation. I want to see how long I can go with just you and me."
" So not today?" Sky leaned in and kissed Pai, he moved away quickly as he could observe how much Pai wanted him. He knew there was a lot they needed to settle so this would be a really bad timing.
" P'Pai, can we do this when we are both good?" And like a switch Pai turned off. " Of course." He got off him and laid beside him instead " are you upset? I'm sorry I just feel..."
" Sky, I would never do anything against your wishes, ever."
" Thank you." Pai went closer and gave him a peck on his neck and hugged him " we can stay like this as long as you want." Sky felt safe, really safe.

Rain was patient. He had set out the perfect time to argue with Payu. Payu was quite nervous as Rain called him into the room.
" It's time to talk now." Pai felt his heart skip several beats. He walked slowly into the room. He could tell his honey was going to bash him and there was no one to save him. As much as his fears were there, he missed this so much.  He walked in and the first thing he says was to hug Rain.
" I missed you so much."
" By the time I'm done, I'm pretty sure you will be on your knees begging."
" Go ahead." Rain absolutely loved it. The power he had on Payu was immeasurable and he knew it. Payu knew he was clay in Rain's hand, molding him however he wants.
" Phi, before I begin, can I not be formal with you? So I can say everything in my mind without prejudice."
" You're free." Rain didn't even wait before he began to bash
" You are the most insensitive, lovelorn person I ever saw. How dare you be unable to identify me, Payu I've been with you for so long that such a thought wouldn't even occur."
" Babe I'm sorry. I'm really sorry."
" I've not started and you're already pleading, hell no, I won't be guilt tripped, never. Did you like it being with her."
"No, she made life difficult for me."
" How were you not able to tell?"
" She had all your gesticulations and motions , I couldn't tell."
" You couldn't tell or you liked it so much you didn't want it to end."
" Rain, no. Of course not do you know I love you. I couldn't do it."
" Did you sleep with her?"
" Rain can you not..."
" Payu Lord Protector of Arityl, did you sleep with her?"
" No, I couldn't bring myself to."
" Why?"
" Something felt off. She didn't feel like you, or smell like you."
" Good to know. That's all for your interrogation. I'll check the other evidences later."
" What evidence?"
" If you're still able to give it to me the way I want it. If it's weak then I know you aren't my man." Payu knew exactly what he meant and with the smirk on his face, it was obvious what Rain wanted. Before they could get into it, Pai knocked on the door. He held Sky and said " Payu its time, see you downstairs."
Rain who was confused
" What's that about?"
" Just know I have to keep you safe and it's the only way. So let's go."
Rain held him by the hand and took him downstairs. Both Rain and Sky could easily sense that something was off with their men but knew they would talk to them. When they arrived Pai and Payu stood in front of Rain and Sky and they were both facing each other. They both brought out a necklace one coloured blue for Payu and the other was red for Prapai.
" What's this for?" Sky asked.
" It's just a necklace that we are presenting to our boyfriend's."
" P'Payu we aren't stupid. What are they?" Sky asked again
" They are our core."
" In layman's terms?"
" Our Hearts."
