Gang of Secrets: Part 2

"As long as I'm (s/n), I can't have loved ones in my life," I tell Flaake while she ate her snack. "What makes you think of such ridiculousness?" "You know why. I had to break up with my blueberry because I couldn't tell him the truth and even if I somehow moved on it'd be the same with my next significant other. This is why I was so against being in a relationship with Luka from the start I didn't want to ruin anything between us and yet Shadowmoth did that for me. I can't share my secret with anybody or be honest with my friends or family about anything. Marinette, Adrien, and I are doomed to be big liars to everyone we meet. Plus the idea of Luka moving on from me and dating someone else utterly destroys me. I dunno what to do Flaake," I bury my face in my arms as Flaake gives me a saddened look. "I dunno (y/n), us kwamiis can't fall in love." "See? No one can help me." "What about Marinette and Adrien?"

 "They're basically in the same boat, did you know Adrien and Kagami broke up for the same reason? The same thing is just gonna happen to the three of us until we give up our miraculous and we can't do that now. Life as (y/n) has become too complicated and dangerous for others. If my life has to revolve around the miraculous I might as well be (s/n) all the time! Flaake Freeze!" I exclaim, tears streaming down my face before I transform, soon heading up to the patio, shouting at Shadowmoth.

"Come on Shadowmoth! You want the miraculous from me, don't you?! Well, come take it!" After a minute of silence, I take a deep breath if I kept being this upset I'd be his next target. That's when Marinette pops her head up. "(y/n), the girls are here. Looking for us," Quickly I de-transform and re-enter our bedroom as I ask the girls, "What are you doing here?" "Just checking in on you girl," That's when we hear Rose gushing over the dollhouse. "Dollhouse!" I shout and Mari shouts back "I got it!" Quickly she pulls Rose away and gets in between them, Rose dropping the roof, causing it to break. "Don't touch that!" "Sorry Marinette," Rose apologizes, picking up the broken pieces. "Will you please leave my room?"  "Chill Marinette, it's just a dollhouse, we can help fix it," Alya says before I interject. "No, you won't. Now please she's asked you to leave and so am I."

Alya's eyes narrow in suspicion at us as we block them and she crosses her arms. "Ok, something is clearly up with both of you and we're not leaving till you tell us what," Mylène approaches us with a multi-color beaded bracelet. "Each of us told a secret to this bracelet to help us feel better, it's your turn now." "The only problem is you guys not leaving when we've asked you to and shoving your noses in our problems with a bracelet where they don't belong," I tell them with a harsher tone. "If we're really your friends you can confide in us." "Real friends don't ever let each other down," They persist and Mari's eyes dart to the dollhouse which was only being held up by her. "Well then maybe we don't want you as friends! Now get out!" 

Marinette yells at them and they leave with a gasp before Marinette and I collapse to the ground along with the dollhouse. "We were too harsh..." I trail off with a whimper. "We didn't have any other choice. At least this way there's nobody to lie to," Marinette says as she sobs with me. Once we calm down we finish the password-coded secret compartment in Marinette's sewing kit and hide the miracle box there. Mari's phone rings and suddenly Lady Wifi is in front of us. "I'm here for you Marinette, (y/n). I'm your friend," She states and I shake my head. "Lady Wifi is most definitely not our friend." "You will tell us what you're hiding and what's wrong and you'll feel so much better," She goes to shoot a pause button at us when an illusion of us runs past her and escapes onto the patio with Lady Wifi tailing her. 

We thank Trixx and transform before remembering Master Fu's warning about not letting the kwamiis use their powers without a holder. "When a kwamii uses their power without a holder doesn't it set off some type of catastrophe?" "My power is illusion so nothing should actually happen, it'll just look like it," Trixx shrugs before we head out to see the Eiffel Tower bouncing and bending in weird directions. "Trixx..." We both mutter under our breath before heading to the school only to see the four split up into town with a bunch of copycat Reflktas.

"Just what we needed a game of find the real one," I grumble when Chat Noir calls. "Hey there ladies. Someone's having a supervillain party and didn't invite us?" "They're looking for me and Marinette." "Marinette? Haven't we already saved her a bunch of times? Doesn't everybody like you two?" "Normally yeah but we've also managed to alienate all our friends because they also want the truth." "What about Marinette?" "Something's bothering her and she doesn't wanna talk about it," I tell him and LB speaks up. "With five villains it'll be hard to find the akumatized object." "Do you have an idea?" "I want to isolate one of the villains and get her to tell me where the akuma is, (s/n) will come with me just in case they call for back up and I want you to prevent Timebreaker from going back so as not to interfere with my plan," We wish each other luck before ending the call.

"Alya?" I ask and she nods. "You track her down I'll join you in a bit." "Why?" "I wanna try to send Chat some backup in case they gang up on him," She nods and leaves while I open the portal to the miracle box from my weapons. What would help Chat right now? Someone who wouldn't fall victim to the gang's powers...My eyes land on the Ox miraculous and I grab the nose ring. But who should have this? I look around when I spot Ivan in the park calling out for Mylène worriedly. Perfect, he'd happily help especially for Mylène. I rush over to him and catch his attention.

"Ivan!" "(s/n)! What are you doing here?" "I need your help." "With what?" "Saving Mylène and her friends," His eyes widen in shock. "What? What's wrong?" "They've all been akumatized and they outnumber us." "But what can I do?" I present him with the ox miraculous and give the whole spiel about using it for the greater good and giving it back afterward. He agrees and transforms into Minotaurox with a navy blue armored suit with a gold ring on his upper chest, forearms, and the top of his hoof-themed boots. He had a horn on each side of his head and had a crescent oval covering just his eyes and the sides of his face as a mask and had a hammer with him.

I send him Chat's location and tell him to help him keep everyone away from me and Ladybug and to use his power when necessary before we both take off to where we need to be. I find Ladybug in an alley with Lady Wifi tied up, her phone broken. "Bummer for you, I don't have the akuma." "No biggie, I just wanted to talk to you anyway." "I've got nothing to say to either of you," She says, turning her nose up after she spots me approaching. "Alya. From what I understand you've been having some issues with your best friends. Marinette and (y/n) right?" She still gives us the silent treatment. "I dunno what about between the three of you but I wanna tell you about a friend of ours. She's a superhero, you know Rena Rouge don't you?"
